Aqua Grill

Personally I enjoyed the food I rate it 7.5/10 the reason I’m at 2 stars is because there’s a 15% surcharge automatically added to the check and a 7% tax added as well. When we got the bill the waitress explained to us that the 15% charge gets split between all the workers in the company they get 15% of every single bill and this is a pricey place with parties spending well over $400 per bill. So we felt pressured to tip more because she made it seem like she doesn’t get that money but then why is 22% extra in taxes and surcharge added to the bill. Very sneaky and we left disappointed in that way

We had a birthday dinner at Aqua Grill on the 4th of March. Our waiter "Lucky" was very professional showing first class service to all of us. He took care of us with nice sense of humour during the whole dinner time. This is exceptional- waiters too often just forget to keep in touch with customers. We want to congratulate Aqua grill of having such a fantastic waiter in house. I also wish this feedback receives him in order to courage young person forward in his future career.

Went with friends on vacation. Reservation at 7:00. Took 20 minutes for drink order. Another 20 minutes to take food order. 30 minutes to receive appetizers. Had to leave without eating because still hadn't gotten meal after 2 hours. Staff was unpleasant and not one bit remorseful for situation. Many other diners were in similar situation. DO NOT GO

The place is incredibly loud which may have something to do with its' structure, but the ambiance is beautiful. This is a good place if you do not need to ask questions about meals due to allergies or sensitivities but the waiter was not able to understand mine nor could communicate when meals were ok for me or not. They also cannot alter cocktails so just order everything as is here.

Been here a several occasions whit friends and family during our holliday. What a great restaurant and nice and neat staff! The food was served beautifully and tasted great! On our next trip to Aruba we will defentialy visit again!!

We were greeted by the rudest 3 young ladies we ever incountered in Aruba. We made reservations over 3 months ago for a specia. Occasion and were seated in the bar area far from the main room. When we asked to be moved they refused and said no manager was available. For the prices they charge. Do not. I repeat do not waste your time and money!!!

A girls trip/birthday dinner disaster!!! a group of 20 ladies traveling from the south for vacation. of course they couldn't give us 20 separate tabs but sitting there for and hour an a half trying to split the bill 5 ways was a nightmare. our reservation was at 7 and we didn't leave the resturant til after 1030pm. UGH! ultimate buzz kill. it took the waitress 35 minutes to come to the table and inform us that her math wasn't adding up. after that it was baby sitting her with a calculator. the manager was unapologetic at best for this episode with cost him time and money due to the space wasted! poor management, poor service, average food great ambiance. we chose this place over Ruth Chris???REGRET!!!!!!

We ate at Aqua Grill two nights and it is much improved since 2 years ago, Adriana from Columbia and Manuel are the best a true asset to you. The food was great, we will see you next year

This used to be my second favorite restaurant on the Island (after Madame Janette). After 14 years, I think we might not go back for awhile.

My fish was overcooked and the vegetables were cold. My wife's items were just ok.

We have found that Aruban waiters and waitresses are uniformly cheerful and friendly, which is a large part of the reason we love Aruba. However, it seemed that most of the staff was not from Aruba, and the difference in service was very disappointing. Our waitress was neither friendly nor efficient. Our experience last year was similar to this year's, so we will likely remove this restaurant from our list for the next few years and try some new places.

Me and my family ate at this restaurant and just loved it. Service was amazing, food was delicious, and the wine list blew me away. I would love to go back to aruba and visit this restaurant again!!! Must visit if your in aruba.
