Living in Miami, I thought I knew what fresh fish was. I was so wrong… At Aqua, it’s as if the fish are caught right as you order!!

You guys rock. Keep up the good work.

The interior very trendy yet very comfortable. The food was excellent. Everything we had was meticulously prepared and delicious. Extensive wine list.

The service was friendly and attentive. Pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Although we did not have children with us, we observed that the restaurant staff catered to children. Tables were generally far enough apart so you aren't bothered by any other customers.

We can't wait to go back!

Coming from New York City--where my husband and I frequently indulge in the newest and best restaurants--we are often disappointed by dining experiences when we travel. But Aqua Grill proved to be a notable exception.

The interior decor is stylish and trendy yet comfortable, and the food excellent - we ate too much for sure!!!! We had fried calamari and a crab cake to start. I then had the scallops (wood oven grilled) and my husband had the succulent chilean sea bass. Then we topped it off by sharing a apple crisp for dessert. Also, they had an extensive wine list...we had a few glasses!

The service was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was pleasant. Even though there were many other couples like us, the restaurant definitely catered to children. Tables were generally far enough apart so you aren't bothered by any other customers.

We can't wait to come back!

My husband and I dine here every time we visit Aruba and always enjoy the experience. The seafood is extremely fresh and the preparation superb. The winelist is great. The staff is attentive. Don't miss the tuna appetizer, best I've had.

Coming from New York City where I regularly partake in the newest and best eating experiences, I am not easily impressed, but AquaGrill was one of my favorites, hands down, worldwide. The design of the restaurant is unique and beautiful and the food superb. I started with the ceviche, which was fresh and delicious and continued with the broiled, stuffed maine lobster which was prepared to perfection. I suggest the cocnut flan to finish- which was a nice bookend to the pina colada I began the evening with! Go and enjoy! I look forward to Palm Beach AquaGrill too- if it is a good anf this one it is bound to be a sensational success!

Wow. My husband and I visited Aqua Grill last week. We had not been therefor over a year. The new managementare really on top of things. Service was outstanding. Offcourse they still had that fabolous fresh tuna tataki and the chilean seabass is to die for. We finished the meal with baked alaska. Eventhough we were there as a couple the restuarant catered to children. they even had a childs menu that was very extensive including our kids favorite macaroni and cheese, burgers etc

Can't wait to go back next year.

My husband and I ate at the Aqua Grill last night, and really enjoyed it. The appetizer special of the day, jalapeno crab dip, was amazing - and there was enough to share between four! I had the mahi mahi with cajun seasoning and mango salsa, which was excellent. My husband had the swordfish with lemon and caper remoulade - also good. We didn't have room for dessert, but we would definitely go back to the Aqua Grill.

My husband and I went to Aqua Grill Oct. of last yr. The service was terrible. Our waiter was rude and took a long time to get back to us each time he left our table. Now to the food. I am a very big seafood eater, my husband not so much. After waiting about 25-30 mins. for our food it finally arrives, the wrong way. My husband was missing things on his plate. My shrimp had a horrible "tin" taste to it. Like it was not fresh. It was so bad I couldn't even eat it. My lobster was chewy, due to being over cooked. My husbands scallops had a lot of sand in them. And the prices aren't so cheap. I would not be returning
to this place this yr. Would not recommend it.

This restaurant is an embarrassment to the term "fine dining". The staff was very pushy from the minute we sat down. When we finally decided on a wine that would compliment our dinner selections, it didn't come until after our appetizers. I ordered the sea bass which was supposed to be complimented by a sauce of habernos, cilanto and shallots. Sounded yummy but the only thing present was tons of shallots. For a very pricey dish, it should be presented as described. When I brought it to the attention of the waitress, she tried to tell me the shallots were the habernos and brought me a side cup of more shallots. Then we were hurried to finish our meal and ignored until we left, never being brought the dessert menu. There are too many great restaurants on the island to return to this one. Don't waste your time or money here.

Can't understand the negative reviews on this restaurant. It's a very upscale quality fish restaurant. Rich decor, great food and service. All items were best quality, cooked to perfection and presented nicely. Service was prompt but not hurried.
I strongly recommed Aqua Grille for seafood!
