We have been to Aqua on three different vacations, the most recent being this October. Everything has been perfect each time. The only dissatisfaction I can speak of is the fact that the restaurant used to serve Atlantic Char and I was looking forward to having it again. The manager informed me that he stocks it only during the winter season now. So, I had the snapper and it was almost as good as my memory of the Char. Oh well, still a great place.

This restaurant was not on my 'top 10' of places to go, I guess because of some of the poor reviews on this site. The concierge in my hotel recommended the place and it became one of my favorites! The food is just delicious, very very fresh fish perfectly grilled with delicious salsas on the side. We also tried the appetizers, crabcakes and the shrimp gnoqui, which were spectacular. Very good wine menu. Service was nice, we made reservations and did not have any waiting time. I will go back without doubt.

Service was horrible beyond belief. We sat in the bar for 1 hour after being told 10 minutes. Apparently they kept forgetting to sit my party and even crossed our name off once. It wasn't just us either, several parties left in frustration after long waits when the place wasn't that busy. Finally sat down and a waitress was nowhere to be found. The next table over was laughing at the service as well, saying they were the worst they've seen. 3 of the 4 meals were excellent, 1 (swordfish) was smelly and had to be sent back. All in all, I would highly recommend avoiding at all cost!

Our 1st time at this restaurant. Food is good, service is good.
Might be a little overpriced but not too bad. It is not a fine dining restaurant but it is a nice place.

This is a beautiful restaurant. The owner(s) clearly spent a huge amount of money to design and furnish this establishment. Unfortunately this place has it's ups and downs. Our waitress spoke poor English and although she was pleasent it was a struggle to communicate clearly. For instance I ordered the Red Snapper and was presented 2 filets of Grouper! However the Grouper was very good looking so I kept it. Don't ask me what this waitress said to explain the mix-up. I ordered an extra vegetable, spinach something..not too good, because there was nothing to indicate the dish came with a potato and veggie. My wife and I found the place very noisy even though half the tables were empty. On the plus side my wifes seafood over angel hair pasta was very good. I also found the staff friendly. Expect to spend over $100 if you have a couple of drinks.

My husband and I dined at Aqua Grill Saturday, May 22, 2004. We were extremely pleased with the food and service. I had Chilean sea bass and he had blackened Arctic char, both were delicious. The sea bass, which is my favorite fish, was the best I have ever eaten and served in a most attractive presentation. We would highly recommend this restaurant to others.
