We were just recently in Aruba and had dinner at
Aqua Grill. The service was impeccable and the food was super. We ordered the fresh local fish and the Chilean Seabass which were cooked to perfection!
The Baked Alaska was a real treat! We would definitely return to Aqua Grill if we take another trip to Aruba.

Four of us dined there last night. Very nice ambiance - but that is the only thing that I will say that I enjoyed about this place! I ordered the chilean sea bass (which I will say, however, I enjoyed that part). It came with fingerling potatoes (imagine two slices of potatoes the size of your pinky fingers - this was sitting underneath my fish) I was going to order a baked potato but the waitress told me my meal came with the fingerling potatoes so I decided to forego the potato. The staff there was NOT friendly, nor attentive to our needs - never came to check things out to see if things were ok. The asparagus that came on my plate were three small pieces of asparagus. I ate my two little potatoes and decided to order the baked potato that I originally wanted. The potato was bigger than my piece of fish. My fish was gone in about 4 bites. The meal was very overpriced - doesn't include a salad. Definitely not worth it!!! We also sent back a side of polenta that was ordered - as it came to us cold. The butterfly shrimp was rubbery - Definitely will not be going back!!

Excellent meal and service. Both got Aruban Fish Soup - very authentic. Wife had linguine alle vongole I had cajun-dusted snapper. Got summer squash casserole and caribbean polenta for sides. All expertly prepared. Good brownie and ice cream dessert, too. Beautiful restaurant.

Hadn't eaten here in about 4 years, decided to try it on our last night and were not disappointed. Sat outside, which was very pleasant. I had the tuna tataki appetizer which was great and the grilled scallops which were some of the best scallops I ever had. My wife had the crab cake appetizer and the yellowfin tuna which was also great. Excellent wine list, desserts and atmosphere. Will definitely return.

Not only is the food at Aqua Grill unbelievable, but the wait staff and the manager make the dining experience an absolute pleasure. Everyone there goes out of their way to make you feel like you are royalty. I had the most amazing Seabass that I have ever had that left me wanting more. I look forward to dining there again when I return to Aruba.
Excellent!

This was our 4th year in Aruba and first visit to Aqua Grill. My wife and I were very pleased. We told our waiter we wanted to take our time and he adjusted service for us.

My wife had the Tuna appetizer and the Gnocci appetizer and loved both.

My meal was very good as well.

Can't go wrong here, very nice.

Got to be the best restaurant on Aruba. We loved it so much we went twice - never done that before on a vacation. Great food and incredible wine list. Didn't see a Wine Spectator Award but it must be coming. Excellent attentive service and even though my wife might kill me I have to say that Shirley the General Manager is one hot looking Aruban.

Chef Scott is a genius. Best scallops I have ever tasted and the Tuna Tataki appetizer is also amazing. Very friendly staff. The management also take the time to meet and invite comments. You can see that everyone there takes good care of this little treasure. Without doubt the best seafood dining experience I have shared with my friends.
