BLT Steak at The Ritz-Carlton

First visit to the BLT. Our expectations were that this restaurant experience would be first class since it was in the Ritz. First the lighting is terrible. You can't read the menu or even tell what you are cutting on your plate. The service was a tad better than average. Our table ordered two filets and one strip steak. The filets were just average, little taste and a bit tough to cut for a filet. However compared to the strip it was outstanding. The strip was 30 % fat and grissle. Since the lighting is so bad you could not tell what you were cutting until it was in your mouth. Aruba has many fantastic restaurants but the BLT is not among them.
