Bavaria is located within easy walking distance of high-rise hotels. It is across from McDonald's and next door to KFC. Don't let the modest surroundings fool you! The food, service and atmosphere are top-notch. Dress is casual, portions are generous and prices are reasonable. The owner Peter and his staff warmly welcome everyone. There is an extensive beer menu - it is daunting to choose one from so many but Peter and his staff will help you make the choice that best fits your taste and entree. Our favorite appetizers are the soft pretzels with garlic dip and potato pancakes with applesauce. For entrees, we recommend sauerbraten and jagerschnitzel but there are many other delicious choices. We are always too full to order dessert but see that the black forest cake is very popular. We visit Aruba every February and Bavaria is the restaurant we always visit most often. We ate there 6 times this vacation including last night. If you like German food, you must try this hidden gem!

Bavaria is located in a nondescript strip mall within easy walking distance of the high-rise hotels. Don't let its humble location make you overlook this terrific restaurant! The food is outstanding authentic German cuisine and very reasonably priced. We just returned from our annual trip to Aruba and ate there 4 times. We had the soft pretzels with garlic dip and potato fritters with apple sauce for our appetizers. My husband loves the sauerbraten and red cabbage so much that he ordered it all four times we dined there. I really enjoyed the jagerschnitzel and pork medallions. Both come with spatzle and creamy mushroom gravy. All of the food is truly delicious and the portions are large.Save room for beer! They have a 3-4 page menu of German beers. The owner (Peter) and his staff will help you choose the ones that suit your taste. The service is prompt and very welcoming. We can't wait to return next year!

Anoche tuve la oportunidad de conocer este Restaurant guiada por las buenas críticas. No me defraudó, excelente comida y servicio. Sus dueños amables y gustosos de explicar cada plato. Su disponibilidad en cervezas de todo tipo, es asombrosa. Dispuesta a regresar en mi próximo viaje a Aruba.

I had eaten there a few years ago with my children and grand children and it was a wonderful experience. We are returning to Aruba in July and I\'m glad to see that the restaurant is still there. We are returning with friends and I am sure they will enjoy every bit of the experience. Their food was plentiful and delicious .
