We had only sushi at this restaurant and it was inedible. The shrimp tempura roll was smelly and gross, and california roll was also scary.

This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten in for Chinese / Japanese food. The spider rool had a strange tempura batter which made the roll soggy. The Chinese dinner was awful. Paradise chicken had a weird unappealing taste and I had to spit out my husband's beef and onions. It tasted like they put ketchup on it. Only plus was that our waiter was nice and service was attentive with refills of water and drinks. If you want a mix, eat in the Hyatt's Japenego

We go to Aruba every year, and this is one of our "can't miss" stops. Truly one of the very best restaurants on the island. Blossoms is one of the top highlights of our trip each year!!

The Orange Duck was just average; too sweet; the color of the sauce too artificial both in looks and flavor. The Restaurant feels like a Dungeon...! The presentation lacks finesse. The server was courteous and friendly.

The food was excellent as well as the service. I went there a few times in my week stay and will be coming back in March and plan to dine there several times. If our waiter noticed our fingers got sticky, he was right there with a hot towel to wash them. Refilling of the waters was great as well.

We went to Blossoms twice, once for chinese and once for Japanese. We were there in Dec. 2007. We quite enjoyed the Chinese section but had some very serious issues with the Japanese. The food was good and we usually like to go yearly as the kids enjoy the show, however, this year (more than in other years) we found ourselves very rushed. They have you out of there in a little over one hour which does not make for a very enjoyable atmosphere. The show wasn't as good as in previous years as again, it felt rushed. We arrived on time, weren't late and yet they just kept moving everything along. I think if they want customers to keep coming they need to remember that people want to enjoy their food and not be feel thrown out of the "joint" just to have the table given to the next batch of customers.

Checked in to Westin yesterday and thought we would go for a light late evening meal of sushi. Since it was late, the hostess said she could accommodate us but only the sushi menu was availale which was exactly what we wanted. Worst sushi ever.
We specifically do not do AI because we love to eat only exceptional food, not buffet crap. Figured Blossoms had gotten such great reviews (top 10 on this website!) that we would give it a try. We ate enough so we were not hungry as all other restaurants were already closing and were out of options to eat for the night. Should have known the food would be bad when they asked for coupons or vouchers first. Rolls were sliced into tiny bites with lots of sticky rice. The speck of fish inside the rolls were not fresh or well prepared. Better to have cut the rolls into 4 and eliminate 2/3 the rice! Should have called everything rice rolls they were so unbelievable flavorless and lumpy. Spicy tuna roll wasn't spicy, very dry and was so fatty and speckled with white I wasn't so sure it was tuna.
Eel had cream cheese. CREAM CHEESE? Are you kidding me? Sashimi Tuna was edible. Drank our beers and got out of there.
I bet the Teppanyaki is decent and fun which is why this restaurant has good reviews. JUST DON"T EAT THE SUSHI! Lastly, turn off or down that incredibly noisy water feature.

ate twice at blossoms while in aruba for 2 weeks..for 2 people all we needed was an appetizer, fried rice and one entree and that was enough....had the scallops and beef ..very good..I would recommend for anyone who either wants sushi, chinese or hibachi dinner..reservations are needed if you want to eat at a certain time..

We ate at Blossom's and were quite disappointed.
My vegetable tempura coating was still floury in some areas and pretty tasteless to boot. My son had
vegetable lo mein which actually looked like leftovers
from two days before. My daughter had chicken
skewers that she enjoyed, though.
It was pricey and the food was MEDIOCRE. My advice
is to take your cash somewhere else.
