Cuba's Cookin'
Enjoy authentic Cuban specialties, such as; "Lechon Carrillo Asado" (roast pork) or the "Ropa Vieja" skirt steak sauteed in a rich "rojo" sauce, and accompanied by a new & extremely exciting "Nuevo Latino" menu featuring fresh seafood & fish done with a delicate, flavorful and colorful touch! Continue to enjoy Cuba's best Salsa music with "Son by Three" every Wednesday & Saturday evenings, when after dinner all the tables are moved off the floor to make way for some of the best "Merengue and Salsa" dancing on the island.

had the spiced pork for an appetizer and it was good with the different sauces. we got a mix of 3 different dishes one of which was a shredded skirt steak that was tasty but tough, another dish was like a chili tasty but the pork loin was the best, very tender and tasty. nice atmospher and service was very good

Interesting pictures & paintings of pre & early Castro days of Havana on the walls. Food was good, but nothing really special. Somewhat over priced, and they tried to charge us for our free drinks. Probably an honest mistake. Glad we tried it, but wouldn't go back

We dined at Cuba's Cookin' Friday 02/23/07 with a 7pm reservation. After watching the sunset from the cuise ship dock area, we strolled to the restaurant. We were seated immediately in a small intimate space off the main dining room: very nice.
We started with mojitos-highly recommended.
The food was very good, accompanied by some enjoyable dinner music from a male and feamle duo. We lingered and the music got better as some spirited diners came in. The hostesses were dancing as was the singer with some of the customers. Great food and atmosphere.

Our first trip to Aruba. 6 days and went here twice for dinner. Simply fantastic!! First evening was so enjoyable we made our last night there also. We were there in July and the place was full. Great appetizers, delicious drinks, nice variety of Cuba cusine, and very enjoyable music and comfortable atmosphere! Even if you just stop by for a drink to check out the original Cuban artwork, you MUST experience Cuban's Cookin' and meet this friendly staff! Two thumbs up!!

Awesome Cuban food. I went twice on my vacation, fanmtastic. I had the spiced pork bites, which were incredible and the ropa vieja, which is also killer. This place makes the best mojitos outside of Havans and you can't miss the tres letches pound cake to finish. The live music also makes this place very fun. A must see.....

This was also my first time eating here. We were very excited to try something new. Very cute and colorful place inside. The fried plantains with the salsa dip was excellent as well as their famous mojitos. We split the pork dinner in which I did not care for. Too much fat. The beans and rice was awsome. The entertainment was nice. It was a duo with a man and woman. I'd go back again but try something different.

The mojito I had here was great. The food was subpar. Not good at all, given the price. i would not recommend this restaurant unless you are going for drinks. We came here off season and there was one other couple in the place. Maybe it is more fun on season.

this place had a great atmosphere. lots of artwork on the walls and the service was very friendly. i ordered the shiskabob and it was exception. the chicken was superb. it was marinated in orange juice and finished with sweet and sour sauce. so tasty. my wife ordered the stuffed chicken and she liked it. it was recommended by the owner. bathrooms were sub par. single use only and could use an upgrade. other than that, hte place was exceptional.
