Had a wonderful meal here. DH had the fresh catch of the day (Wahoo) and it was cooked to perfection. He really enjoyed it. The service was okay, but it was a really busy night and they did the best they could with a smile.

We heard this was a "locals" joint, so it sparked our attention. The food was excellent. The catch of the day was cooked to perfection and the appetizers were great. A must!

Took us a bit of effort to locate this restaurant, but the effort was definitely worth it. The fish was fresh, having been caught that morning. The scallop appetizer was so good we had it both times we visited.
The wait staff is above excellent in their attempt to provide the best service. Atmosphere is cozy and is appropriate for both couples and families.

The fish at Driftwood was the best I have ever eaten, beyond a doubt. Perhaps the best testimony is the fact that my husband would NOT eat fish but was persuaded this one time to try. The Mahi Mahi he had was so delicious, he's been craving fish ever since! We tried fish dishes all over Aruba during our week's stay but nothing topped the delicious meal we had during our first night's dining at Driftwood. We definitely recommend a stop at Driftwood to anyone who visits Aruba - it is simply the best!

Excellent food. Excellent service. Prices were pretty fair. At first we were a bit iffy because of the location. We had to walk down a dark alley to get there but it was well worth it.

Touristy but good seafood restaurant near cruise ship port. Very good seafood entrees (blackened wahoo and creole mahi mahi were quite good), good drinks (white wine sangria), but it didn’t seem like staff was engaged compared to other places we went, perhaps due to location.

Wahoo!!! This was my first experience with the tasty fish. This restaurant near the town is covered completely with driftwood. Its a real comfortable restaurant where you don't feel like you have to get all dressed up. The food is good, the wahoo is very tasty with their own special creole sauce. The cornbread is also very good, but its not what you would typically think of cornbread. Not very mealy more flour type of consistency. I haven't had dessert here, but I'm sure its good. The seafood soup I remember was very good too. The prices are not too bad either, I think it cost us 20.00 for our entree. They have fresh fish and a full service bar. Again you can drive here yourself or take a cab. It gets pretty busy too so make sure you make a reservation.

We stayed in Aruba for 7 days and ate there quite a few times. The food is superb. The service is great. Its the best seafood restaurant in Aruba hands down. I tell you right now, I went to quite a few good restaurant in Aruba and Driftwood is the only place where I kept on coming back when I was there.

Food and service were outstanding. I had the coconut curry shrimp, and it was fantastic. My husband was less impressed with his meal, but thought it was fine. The atmosphere struck me as similar to a Red Lobster in the U.S. Very crowded and busy. I would definitely go back for the food, though.
