About time this island had a decent Italian eatery. Kinks described in an earlier revue have been ironed out and the service was fantastic. They have done the most with the location (a parking lot), but if you eat inside you hardly notice where you are. Can only address the veal dishes, but the menu is substantial. The veal was melt in your mouth good and the sauces superb. I truly hope word of mouth is enough to keep the customer base growing.

New restaurant but chef is from a favorite restaurant of ours that closed a few years ago - Valentino's. Ellioti's is even better. This is a must visit for the Eggplant Parmsean appetizer and the Lasgna dinner -- outstanding food and service. Their red sauce is the best we've had (better than my own)! Nice wine and, again, great service. Can't wait to go back!

Aw, crud...I was hoping to not be the first to put a review on here. To be fair, let me preface this by saying that the restaurant had only opened that week, in fact it was only days old when we made the decision to come here.
In the time we were there, there were 2 mixups with 2 other table's orders that we had overheard and it was attributed to the fact that the staff still hadn't quite gotten to gel together yet.
Our food, a chicken and fish dish each, took about an hour to arrive. We came close to leaving if not for the hostess noticing I was looking around for our waiter. In her defense, she did seem extremely concerned and annoyed that her staff was not responding as well as they should.
The food was good - probably better than we remember - but it was tainted by the experience of just waiting so long and having a feeling of basically having been ignored.
Also, it was extremely strange that for an italian restaurant there was no wine list. Our food order was taken and then he was ready to walk away and he hadn't asked if we wanted a drink with our meal. So I asked for a Cabernet and was told they only had Merlot.
All in all, there are so many choices in Aruba I felt like I wasted a night here. I'm sure they will improve and these are just 'growing pains'.
