Gasparito
Gasparito... The name of the area where we are located and the name
of our Restaurant-Art Gallery. In the past, areas and properties were named after
the families who owned the land. Our ancestors were Arawak Indians and Europeans,
therefore the areas on the Island have distinct Indian and European names.

Another top Aruba restaurant! We ate outside in a very nice courtyard.I had the Keshi Yani, which is chicken and assorted seafood covered in melted cheese. My wife had shrimp in a puff pastry shell with nice sauce over it.Service was outstanding,a must visit!

A great restaurant with an art gallery. Outstanding service since we were the only customers at the time. I love the corn bread they serve in the basket. The seafood soup was filled to the brim with chunks of seafood. The Mahi-Mahi was Creole sauce was great. Our beverages were wine for Evelyn and my usual Diet Coke.

We went here on a Thursday night, our first night on the island. We decided to sit outside. It was very humid. We were told b/c of all the hurricanes, they tend to take the wind with them and leave lots of humidity. I ordered the Keshi Yena which was excellent. I ordered the banana dessert with cinnamon which was also very good. The next time I go, I will ask for indoor dining which you can also view the lovely art gallery. The only negative I had was that the service was very slow. The restaurant was not crowded and we still spent about 2 hours there.

The best restaurant for Aruban food. This restaurant was reccomended by the locals. A short cab ride from Palm Beach. Sit it the courtyard for a more romantic setting. Try the Keshi Yeena if you go (a local Aruba dish, chicken or local seafood stuffed with dutch cheeses.) Prices were reasonable. I would definitely eat here again.

The seven of us dined outside in the courtyard under a beautiful sky. Chris ordered his first (and hopefully last) bottle of White Zinfandel. Dinner was excellent, as was the service. Charlotte helped us with the French cusine! The girls looked great wearing their sandals. We will be back!!!

Probably the best restaurant for Aruban food. A little off the beaten path, this was a charming place to dine. Our waiter was very helpful and courteous. The food was great. We sat outside, it was very nice. Close to the hotel areas. I would absolutely eat here again.

My husband and I absolutely love Gasparito's! We went there the night we got engaged in 2003 and went back for our honeymoon five months later! We sat both outside and in, and both were great... although sitting outside by the fountain was awesome! We had the same waiter both times and he was the BEST waiter we have ever experienced! The food and atmosphere are wonderful. We really love the art inside also, we took a painting home with us from our honeymoon for a gift, and hope to find something for ourselves this time. We look forward to going back to Gasparito's in two weeks!!!

The best & biggest fillet I had on my trip. It was about 6" x 4" and 2" thick. (enough for 2) Cooked perfect with lots of different veggies. Great atmosphere, lost of little light and ivy. A little hard to find but worth it. Great food and dessert. Rob Ohio march 5-12 2005

A very enjoyable experience. Although we did not care for the fish soup or the vegetable soup, the entrees were great. My wife had a vegetarian dish wrapped in a cornmeal pancake that was great. My keshi yena (both the chicken and the seafood) were incredible. Desserts were excellent as well.
