Very busy and very large location. Lots of servers who seem to really want you to move along. I thought the wine list was pricey but found the wine by the glass to be large and inexpensive.

Food was good and my wife and I enjoyed sitting on the outside patio. Nice place and good food.

The table side pasta dish looked great though we didn't order it. After watching the preperation I wished I had.

A lot of you must be going to a different Gianni's...
We've eaten here numerous times and have never been disappointed in the food or service.
The worst I can come up with is that the parking sucks.

We were here on Jan 13, 2010. We have been fans of Gianni's ever since thsy opened. However, this past visit was a great disappointment. The service was slow and unattentive (although they were not busy) and the food was not up to the quality of previous visits. We also had a problem with making a reservation and needed to speak with a supervisor who was unpleasant. I'm sorry to say that we will not be returning until they get their act together.

i don't know what it is with these people. they want a dinner but they want to get away as fast as they can. I'm not from america but from europe. in every restaurant we must ask to keep it slow otherwise your out in no time. i want to experience the food and enjoy it. this restaurant was a great experience finally real Italian food. not like the other Italian restaurants on Palm Beach that is fastfood junk. and for the other reviews. you want to sit inside where the airco is so why complain about the cold, its your choice. and one important thing. the service is good it can go a little bit wrong when its busy but that is normal i think. one plus is that when its busy you can't get any old stuff but it will all be fresh!

I decided to write a review after reading "Mike's" comments about whether previous reviews were accurate. I have been to Gianni's numerous times. Our last visit was on NYE (Dec. 31st).
This visit we were pleasantly surprised as our past 3 visits mirrored a lot of reviewers visits with terrible service which made one over look the food. I swore on my last visit I would never go back to this restaurant but a group of people included us in their New Year's plans so off we went to Gianni's.
Our service was very good (we were pleasantly surprised) especially for NYE, and they were extremely busy. Our reservation was for 7:30pm, which was a good thing as all the people who had later reservations had to wait, some close to one hour for a table. Unfortunately, they did not do their reservations properly for NYE as people tend to linger a little longer.
The food was very good (our food was not overly hot as it probably sat for a bit before it was delivered)and everyone loved what they ordered. Service was attentive and they got us back as a customer for our next visit.

went to gianni's for the first time last dec 25 as this was recommended by a lot of our friends, and boy was this the greatest meal we had on the island. though the restaurant was busy we still had the excellent service there was, and the food was authentic italian, no wonder they have so many guests. this is why i am surprised at the negative reviews on gianni's. made me think whether those reviews could really be made by guests? because we went on a day that the place was so busy and still got a good experience! i just hope that people who had a fabulous experience like wed did will also post here, gianni's is one of the best and will always be on our list of restaurants to visit on our next trip to aruba.

took the family there in March and will be returning to the Island soon. Have been to Giani numerous times and this was the worst. Recent reviews confirm our bad experiance. We received an itemized bill that did not spell out exactly what we paid for, service slow meal expensive. Sister establishment Sole Marie still much better. This establishment would not make it in Bostons North End

The food was great. We each had the veal; it was cut thin, no vein, cooked just right. Our displeasure was that we were in and out in about 15 minutes. We sat down, ordered a drink and told the waiter we were in no hurry when he wanted us to order. Two minutes later he was back again, and then again after two more minutes. We ordered an entree only and it was brought out in less than 5 minutes. I did save money, though, because we were served so quickly we never had time for another cocktail. We arrived early, at 6:30, so not too many customers there at that time. This was the second year in a row that we had this experience. There will not be a third year. We are just a little slow at learning good service from bad.

We went there on New Years Eve. We made a reservation for 5 but changed it to 10 at the last minute with no problems.

The food was great. The service was great. They do a fire presentation on the pasta which was not available due to the busy night, but when my wife asked for them to do the presentation at our table, they were more than happy to accommodate us.

It was a great meal to bring in the new year!

Been to Aruba over 10 times and this is by far the worst experience we've had in any restaurant. They overbook every night so you end up waiting a while. We had 8pm reservations and got seated around 9. Service was nonexistant, in fact we had to go to the bar to get our own drinks after being seated. We ordered the pasta in the wheel of parmasean cheese which is served tableside, however they only served us unappetizing plates of pasta without tableside preparation; they said none were available even though 2 were within sight. DINER BEWARE.
