Inderdaad een heel aardig restaurant. Leuke kaart en vriendelijke prijzen. Prima bediening. Buiten zitten is geen optie omdat het direct aan een weg ligt. Maar binnen is het prima vertoeven.

Voor herhaling vatbaar.

3 times to Aruba, first time to Gostoso. Absolutely wonderful in all respects. Kim had the superb Aruban stewed goat and Dick had the chicken/alfredo penne noodles. I loved the people who worked there from the moment we walked through the door. Friendly, happy, experienced. A little hard to find -- make sure the cab driver you use knows the address!
We will be back!

Our party spent a delightful evening at this restaurant on 30 July. The owner and staff make you feel very welcome. The owner explained the entire menu and you can request a dish be prepared in a certain way and they are more than willing to accomodate. The "sushi" appetizer was delicious and the fish dishes we had were superb. The Tres Leche dessert is a hit, so don't miss it. As noted in previous reviews, it's a bit off the beaten path on Hopitalstraat, but not that hard to find. We'll definitely be back next year to this wonderful restaurant.

We too got a little lost finding this place. It's in a residential area with an outside patio & is nicely decorated inside. The bathroom was perfectly clean too which is always a good sign. Service was friendly with the chef/owner going over the menu with you. We had the sushi which is very different but very tasty. We also had the baccala appetizer which was also good. The fish entress were large, fresh & well made. We were too stuffed for dessert but we'll be back so we'll try it next time. Prices were very reasonable. It's worth seeking out Gostoso. You'll enjoy it.

Gostoso is a little hard to find. Several cab drivers had not heard of it but it is definately worth to trip. We happen to be there the night the power went out on the island but the Owner and his staff stay very calm and just went about their work. Our dinner was superb. Be sure to save some room for desserts.

We went looking for an "out of the way", local restaurant and we found a goldmine. We absolutly loved this place. We ordered the red snapper and goat stew and we still can't believe the quality and flavor of these two dishes. The highlight though, was the appitizer . We ordered the sushi roll and I still can't belierve how wonderfull this appatizer was. The owner Jose ( who is also the chef) came to our table personally to see if we were pleased. Every thing is made from scratch and seemed very fresh. Enev the deserst was excellant, the triple leache!
