Ike's Bistro - Mediterranean & Caribbean

Ike's was excellent. Starting with service, atmosphere and food. Service was attentive. We shared the homemade portobello mushroom ravioli with chardonnay, butter, basil and shaved parmesan cheese. Very good for a starter to share. Then we had the catch of the day and Filet Mignon. Both were presented and tasted great. The menu is limited but has something for everyone.

Been traveling to Aruba for years and have been to most of the restaurants so I'm always looking for something a little different or with a twist. I looked at Ike's menu and thought everything was right up my alley.

Dinner was with two friends and our appetizers included the ceviche, scallops & corn, and tomato soup - our entrees were the seabass, tuna, and paella. All were excellent - great flavors and ingredients! My tuna came with quinoa which I love and it's the first time I've ever seen quinoa in Aruba. The bread is served with hummus and tapenade (my favorites!) The chef took your basic entrees that you see in Aruba and added a Mediterranean twist to them. Presentation was also excellent.

I would definitely recommend the poolside seating - seemed very soothing next to the pool with the blue lights. Will definitely be back again to Ike's on our next trip!

We recently had a very pleasant dinner experience at Ike's, our first visit since the renovations. The welcoming was couteous, the waiting staff excellent, the food equally excellent and the price in line with the competition.
The menu was varied and yet not overwhelming. Sometime less is more! The tuna cooked to perfection, I requested it rare and it was rare.
Overall, a superb experience that we will repeat next year. Well done Ike's and congratulation to the waiting staff!

Food was amazing and the environment was great. We sat poolside and it was beautiful. Our only complaint was the service was a little bit slow even for Aruba standards. Still we would definitely return!

we get there without reservation on at friday night we sat by the pool our server Jason recommended us the Chef Tasting Menu my husband and I choose for that the food was Outstanding the presentation was excellent and the combination of flavors just Amazing is the first time that I taste so many good flavors at, we had the Seabass and pommegranate salsa, surf and turf coconut shrimp, passion fruit dessert yum yum cant wait to go back next year .... we highly recommend it

For formal dining, Ike�s Bistro was our favorite restaurant during a week in Aruba. We chose the outdoor setting, which was beautiful and romantic�seats by the pool with soft lighting, surrounded by palm trees, with a gentle breeze and tropical sunsets. The staff were friendly, efficient, and attentive without being intrusive. The wine list was the best we saw, and there were good vegetarian options. Chef de Pe�a deserves special credit for presentation, innovation, and quality.

The food at Ike's bistro with the chef Ever de Pena was wonderful and adeguate. We love specially the four cours. We have many time the caribbean chowder. It is very good -- the best soup ever. We hope the chef will be there next time we coming.

Last Saturday my friends and I had the privilege of dining at Ike's Bistro. After a warm welcome we were seated near the pool and opted for the four course surprise menu with wine pairing by Chef De Cuisine Ever de Pe�a. I was amazed by the excellent quality and portion size. The food was great! What a great make over for this nice location! Ever de Pe�a came over to our table for a little chat after our dessert, which was a nice addition to a wonderful dinner. I will highly recommend this bistro to all of my friends!

Ike's Bistro is Manchebo's newest outlet, the new menu is delicious and the execution of the dishes is very artful. The fresh mix of ingredients and flavor blends are thoughtful and creative. I think this new restaurant is a must try for all guests of Aruba. The owners mention their plan is to renovate the dining space to accompany this new menu' s updated vibe.

Recently had the opportunity to dine at Ike's Bistro, and the food was fantastic. Beautiful, artful presentation and fresh and delicious. I understand a renovation is planned, which will help elevate the look of the restaurant up to where the food is. I would definitely recommend it to friends, and hope to go there again when I return to Aruba!
