As the previous reviewer cj stated, this is a "NEW" and improved Laguna. We ate here 3 times during our vacation and each every time there was not a single complaint. Whether buffet or ala carte night, there is a soup and salad bar. Offerings on the salad bar included peel and eat shrimp, sushi, a wide variety of “toppings” for your salad as well as a wide selection of dressings and other salads such as heart of palm, tuna, chicken or avocado cucumber and others. The salad bar never ran dry and was constantly being replenished throughout our time in the restaurant. The Prime Rib buffet offered melt in your mouth prime rib, accompanied by baked salmon, a few other hot choices, vegetables and baked potatoes with toppings. The prime rib was just as good as I have had anywhere. For the price, this was by far the best value on the island. For dessert, the buffets offered a station with a chef making flambéed crepes as well as make your own sundaes and a separate table with cakes, tarts and pastries. One night the flambé was strawberries and another it was bananas.

The ala carte night we dined at Laguna offered a “Chateaubriand Special” $23.95 which included soup and salad bar in the price of the entrée. Again, a tender choice piece of beef, which for the price, cannot be matched on the island.

In spite of the old reviews of Laguna, this place has finally 'come of age.' The buffet only concept was a draw back to this place. We ate there a few days ago and were very please. Each night has a 23.95 special with Sat-Sun-Mon having a quality buffet. Each night features an a la carte menu as well. We ordered from the a la carte menu and everything was exceptional! Food, prices, setting and service were all great. Recommended!

We wanted something easy on Wednesday night June 10, 2009 and thought the Italian Buffet would work.. We were disappointed by the quality of the food, the attentiveness of the staff, the food presentation.
Do not eat here.
The Radisson chain should be ashamed of itself for letting this continue on their property.

If this restaurant was not at the Radisson it would go out of business in no time.

Take a walk across the street if you dont find anything to your liking there, turn north and walk one block there are 6 more independant restaurants to choose from.

OK let me start by saying I have been coming to Aruba for the past 9 years. On Friday April 17, 2009 my family and some friends that we met in Aruba went to dinner for the International Seafood Buffet. This was by far the worst meal my family had there in 9 years. The selection was very small. The food was lousy. Mahi Mahi was dry and tasteless. The peel and eat shrimp were OK. The fish soup was gross. The fried chicken was dry and tough. The salad bar was probably the only thing acceptable. As for waiting in line to get some sauteed shrimp and scallops with macaroni. No way and never again. Very supprised the Radison would have a restaurant that was so unacceptable.

I was in Aruba for 10 days and have traveled there a total of 6 times. The Friday Seafood Buffet was the worst food i have had ever!! I would never go back. The only 2 things that were relatively tasty were the chicken breasts(in the second half of the dinner when it was fresh because in the beginning it was dry and i almost choked), the salad bar was fine(how can you ruin a salad bar???), and the macaroni and your choice of toppings which they cooked right in front of you.(you had to stand in line while it was cooking, the line was ridiculous)I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody. I would rather pay a little more and eat good food, than pay a relatively low price and eat horrible food.

We were in Aruba for 2 weeks and this was the worse meal that we had. We went to the Mon. night seafood buffet and the food basically had no taste. The mahi mahi was dry and bland, the mussels and shrimp had no taste. The salad bar was okay. The only thing that had a good taste was the noodles and shrimp, mussel, calamari combination with sauce that was fixed for you. The desert table had average but good deserts such as pear pie, cheesecake, and chocolate cake. We wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

We went to Laguna because children eat free. We were there on a Friday "Seafood night", it was just o.k., I really can't say anything else about it. Nothing spectacular, nothing great! Just and affordable dinner for a family of 4.

We went to the Seafood Night. Peel n eat shrimp and mussel good. Sushi okay for a buffet meal. Cannot compare to an actual Japanese restaurant. There was not a lot of seafood variety. Dessert was okay. Nothing really standing out.
The outdoor dining was nice, but for the price of the buffet, we would have chosen a la carte and get exactly what you want.
Unless you like to eat a lot of cold shrimp and mussel to get your monies worth, go elsewhere.

We went to the Mexican theme night and it was really enjoyable. The food was all great, there was plenty to eat, and even the desert was good. Had to give the service a 7 because there really wasn't much for them to do; it was buffet. Great choice, it is definitely worth trying.

We ate at three different theme nights, Chateaubriand, Prime Rib and Italian nights. Great food for a very reasonable price. Ate outdoors along the fish pond scenery was quite nice. Definitely will return on our next trip in 8 months.
