Madame Janette

My husband and I went to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and had such a great experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and the food was excellent. I had the "Gianni Versace" and it was so delicious but the only problem is I didn't have room for dessert. They had an excellent wine list as well. I highly suggest you try Madame Janette. You will not be disappointed!

My wife and I returned to this restaurant for the second time in one year. We stayed at an excellent all inclusive resort but had to visit Madame Janette. The crusted almond fish is excellent but you may want them to go light on the sauce. Relax and dig in.

Wow - what a delightful change after having dinner at Hostaria del vittorio last night! Service was phenomenal, food was delicious, and the place was kid friendly. My parents ordered the vienershnitzel (veal) - I know I am not spelling that right, but it was fantastic and huge portions. The rest of the family had the fish and meat entrees - all of which are generous portions. After eating an appetizer you can definitely split these meals. Our waiter Nathan was fantastic!! My only negative comment...seeing cats wonder through the restaurant...yuck!

This restaurant is definitely one of the best on the island! (perhaps a tie with Marandi!) It came highly recommended by several friends and other guests at the hotel. Although it is not located on the water, Madame Janette has a lovely, tranquil outdoor dining area which gives it the open-air dining feel you get at some of the other restaurants on the island. The menu is outstanding! There are several choices of beef and fresh seafood to choose from. We felt the portions were very plentiful. Most notable at this restaurant was the highly-informed and friendly staff. The staff added to a pleasant experience. Madame Janette is a must while vacationing in Aruba--so good, you can go twice during your stay!

This restaurant came highly recommended by a former Aruba resident. Our expectations were completely exceded. Our entrees were Cordon Bleu, Almond Crusted Grouper, Duck and Filet. All were superb! The service was first class and the setting delightful. This will be one of our return visit spots.

The almond crusted grouper with the spinach cream sauce was such a great dish. It was my 2nd time at Madame Janette and it was excellent.

This was the first time we went to Madame Janette. It was incredible ! My wife had as appetizer the crab special, which was great ! and I had the caesar salad, which was very good. For main course we had the burgerloin and the seabass special. It all was very delicious! The service was outstanding, are waiter Thomas made are evening unforgettable. Thank you madem Janette. We'll see you definitely next year !!!

Ik ben gaan eten met mijn vriendin bij madame jeanet had er veel over gehoord dus was natuurlijk erg benieuwd toen we binnen kwamen begon het dat we moesten wachten met een box die dan aan gaf waneer we aan tafel konden komen terwijl we toch echt gererveert hadden maar het was druk zeiden ze???
in totaal hebben we bijna een uur gewacht (almost waiting one our before we can on table)
toen we hadden besteld ik had als voorgerecht van die worstjes (het was zeer simpel en ook niet lekker) mijn vriendin had een salade die best ok was daarna had ik een de tenderlion met bacon en mijn vriendin had de tenderlion tot onze verbazing kreeg mijn vriendin tot 3 keer toe een verkeerd bord wat ze dus niet besteld had en en ik kreeg bij devierde keer het eten wat mijn vriendin besteld had was heel erg vervelend tot slot was mijn tenderlion te ver ik had hem medium maar hij was bijna weldone eten was ook niet smakelijk tot op slot hebben we nog een dessert genomen was ook erg simpel en veel ste duur.
nee hoor nooit meer Madame Jeanet (Never Again MademeJeanet) was een verschrikkelijke ervaring!

One of the best meals I have ever had, anywhere. The atmosphere was perfect, service excellent and the food was unbelievably good. I would very strongly recommend the grouper, which comes with almonds and a cream of spinach sauce; best fish dinner I have ever eaten. Go here, you will not be sorry.
