Our dishes are prepared using the freshest ingredients to offer an upscale Caribbean, International and Seafood cuisine.
Matthew’s offers a variety of activities that make it worth visiting.
In addition to full breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, we offer all- you-can-eat spare ribs on Tuesdays, Karaoke on Wednesdays, Italian night on Thursdays and our daily happy hours 3 times per day
from noon – 1pm, 4-6pm featuring live music at the bar and 9-10 pm.

Great time in Aruba this Jan.Can't say enough about Matthews. Staff are really the best in Aruba. Great food all day long and fabulous view of the water. Rib nights and a really good party on Wed nights just a few of the things we enjoyed. Thanks for making Matthews one of the best places to spend your time in Aruba.

Ate here our first night. Great atmosphere - overlooks the beach - kids can run around on the sand outside the restaurant. Unfortunately, quality of food seems to have gone down. Fish dishes were just OK, daughter had chicken parm which was pretty good. Don't think we'll return with so many great restaurants in Aruba.

No longer a hidden gem, Matthew's has the best setting on the island. And it's fun! Don't miss kareoke night, or their ribs. The owner and managers go out of their way to please their customers.

his was our first time at Matthews. It is in a very nice setting with comfortable environment. The staff was excellent and very accomodating. The grouper was outstanding. We also had the Osso Bucco which was good but not outstanding. Everything else was very good the Shrinp appetizer and Tomato soup outstanding.

Aruba's beachside jewel. The food was simply amazing. I've been all over the caribean but Matthew's was the best.

During our recent stay in Aruba we went to Matthew's on several occasions. Karaoke night was a blast. Our dinner was very good. The happy hour special is always nice, and our lunch was very good as well. The service was wonderful and the staff is very friendly. We would recommend stopping in at Matthew's for Karaoke on Wednesday's, dinner, lunch, or happy hour. We enjoyed all of them!

Hello Richardo, Jorge, William(Alice) :); and the rest of the staff!
This was our first trip to Aruba, and Matthew's was the ONLY restaurant we went to while we were there! The staff was fun, and welcoming no matter the hour of our arrival. We all had a great time, and would highly recommend your restaurant to anyone headed to Aruba! We enjoyed every aspect of our visit to your wonderful establishment. Our stay at Casa Del Mar was wonderful= the staff, the amenities, the beach!! How fabulous! Kudos! We hope to return again next year!!!

This is our 3rd visit to Casa Del Mar and we have to say on this trip Matthew's Resturant made it awesome! The food was delicious for both lunch and dinner so that's the first most important thing. WHAT A FUN BUNCH OF PEOPLE!! Jorge, Angela, William, and Ricardo are not only great bartenders that make a mean drink but are so much fun to be there with, that we didn't want to go anywhere else during our trip! The restaurant is right on the water so the ambiance is beautiful and the structure of the restaurant is really cool. If you're looking to sing, dance, and laugh with some really nice and fun people, then Matthew's your place! Thanks for making our vacation awesome :-)

Our 3rd time in Aruba. Hadn't been to Matthew's before... our loss! Went 2x on week of 10.24.09. Excellent decision! Service and atmosphere are great. Food was excellent: veal sweetbreads are fantastic; pina colada shrimp, ribs, and the chicken kabob are awesome... we rarely order chicken in restaurants, but the kabob was a huge hit... could have fed us both and tasted awesome! Prices are very reasonable. They pour a good drink. The wine list is as good or better than most on the island. This place is now on our Favorites list. We'll be back! Go there for Happy Hour and stay for the great dinner and sundown.

Excellent food and service. Matthew's has a wonderful bar withe funfilled happy hours. Staff goes out of there way to make sure everyone is happy and has a good time. I would reccomment this establishment to anyone, a must visit place. If you you visit ask for Jorge, he will take great care of you.
