Our dishes are prepared using the freshest ingredients to offer an upscale Caribbean, International and Seafood cuisine.
Matthew’s offers a variety of activities that make it worth visiting.
In addition to full breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, we offer all- you-can-eat spare ribs on Tuesdays, Karaoke on Wednesdays, Italian night on Thursdays and our daily happy hours 3 times per day
from noon – 1pm, 4-6pm featuring live music at the bar and 9-10 pm.

My fiance and I had such a wonderful vacation this year and a big part of that was due to Matthews. Not only was the food amazing (we recommend the steak kebob) but the staff made us feel so welcome. We especially enjoyed the happy hours and the kareoke show on Wednesday. We loved Matthews so much we are planning our wedding there for next year! Thank you Ricky, Jorge, Angela and Dianna for such an amazing time. We can't wait to see you next year :)

Absolutely love this place! We were on our honeymoon and the staff made us feel like we were at home hanging with our friends, they are so friendly. Breakfast, lunch and a romantic dinner were all amazing, not to mention we were there for all three happy hours, daily! Hi Jorge, Angela and Dianna!! miss you guys!!

First discovered the restuarant a few years ago and it keeps getting better. Can't say enough about how the staff always makes you feel welcome and give you excellent service. Make it a point to come to happy hour or kareoke on wednesday night for the time of your life. Tell George hellow and that you read about the restuarant online.

We have been going to Matthews for several years now, it is a very fun bar, food is excellent, but the bartenders are what make it. we have not found a place that can compare, so if you get a chance, stop in, especially on Wed. when they have karaoke night... Tell George hi and that you heard about the restaurant from this site. he usually works evenings... Love this place..

My friends and I took our first trip to Aruba this past week and loved it! A BIG part of what made our stay so much fun was all the time we spent at Matthews! We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, as well as spent time at their happy hours and everything from the food, drinks and service was wonderful! William and Jorge at the bar rock! I would definitely reccommend checking Matthews out on your trip to Aruba!

In September we had an opportunity to visit Matthew's for dinner. The evening was wonderful - a good breeze was blowing - and the service and food were top notch. We enjoyed our entrees which was a special that evening. We felt the bill was a fair price which also included appetizers and dessert and a bottle of wine. We will be back!

We have been coming to Aruba for 17 years. I have to say that the staff at Matthews is the best on the island. The ambiance is wonderful and the food is excellent. Most of all the place is fun! You can have a romantic dinner or laugh for hours at the bar curtesy of the crew. A real gem. One of the reasons we love Aruba.

Had dinner here our first night. Beautiful beachfront restaurant with nice greeting upon arrival. Perfect table location by the beach. Very friendly,attentive service. The seafood chowder was excellent. Both of us had different shrimp entrees which were good. The only failing was the premade brownie dessert.

We had our last dinner on the Island here. We were very, very pleased. The service is very attentive and friendly. The setting is so relaxing. Perfect for our last night. We both ordered steaks and they were the best we had in Aruba. Next year we will make sure we go here at the beginning of our vacation also.

What a wonderful evening we had at Matthews. We stayed at Bucuti so we were glad to find something this good so close. we loved the atmosphere....we sat at a 2 seater right at the back next to the beach. We started with the Caribbean Seafood Soup, wonderful soup!! Big chunks of seafood. I had the Lobster Pasta. The presentation was neat, as it was served on the 1/2 shell of the lobster. It was just as delicious. Husband had the all you can eat ribs. Those were very good as well. Everything was great and the service was good as well. We went at about 8pm at night and were seated right away with no reservations.
