WOW!!!This is a wonderful restaurant!


It was my birthday and they made it extra special for me!! The food was fantastic! I loved the crab cakes and the grouper!! The service was great! "Ray" was very attentive and accommodating! The manager took pictures to commemorate my special occasion. Everyone from the bartender to the servers were friendly and courteous. Wish we had gone earlier in our vacation so we could have visited many times and tried all the specialities.

My husband and I have dined at the Papillon restaurant on several occasions and have always had excellent service and the food is outstanding. We just returned from Aruba on Jan. 15th and had the pleasure of dining at Papillon on two days. One day we had the Tuna Trio to start, delicious; next we enjoyed the Lobster which was done to perfection. and finally ended up with the raspberry/chocolate crepes for desert. Fabulous. I recommend this restaurant very highly and will dine there again on our next visit to Aruba.

We have been coming to Aruba for 15+ years and average about 4 visits a year. Papillon is our favorite. Whenever we arrive, this is always our first stop for dinner. Tina and her staff are absolutely the best. They are professional and very attentive.
There cocktails are always unique and mixed expertly...kudos to the bartender.
We feel the food and presentation are always outstanding! On this visit I ordered their amazing Tuna Trio as an appetizer and their special of the evening...Halibut with crisped skin (WOW!) My wife had the risotto which was amazing, as usual. To tired for dessert, this time...but, we'll be back later in the week!!

We want to thank the staff at Papillon for a wonderful dining experience. We went on January 9th and sat at the bar. Theo,our bartender,was great. We had lobster bisque and french onion soup. Doug loved the bisque!! Being from New England, lobster is big for us. It was the best. The beef bourgionne and the chicken were awesome as well. All the staff we met were so attentive and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was great. We just wish we went earlier in our stay. We went back the next night for a cocktail and we were remembered by the staff. Too bad we had to go home to 20" of snow. We are planning on coming back and Papillon will be our first visit!! This is my favorite restaurant in Aruba!!! I come every year and last week was my first experience at Papillion! The Hostess Danielle was friendly and welcoming and our waiters were Leon and Peter. All very knowledgeable of the menu and even made accomodations for the kids!! I ate the Ajii Shrimp which was delicious!! Can't wait for next year, and I will reccomend to all my friends and family who frequent Aruba.

The food is delicious,the atmosphere authentic and the wonderful staff reflect Papillon perfectly. We cannot wait until our next meal of Mussel's- YUM.

We are coming to Aruba for almost 20 years and have never eaten in such a remarkable restaurant as Papillon.

The remarkable thing about this restaurant is the consistency and excellence of the food and service.

The Maître D'of Papillon, usually presents us the menu of the day and offers a carefully chosen wine list to satisfy even the most sophisticated palate.

All the Courses are well presented and cooked to perfection.

This is one of the most popular and exquisite restaurants in Aruba, so booking is a must!

We live in NYC and travel extensively. A key element of our travel is eating at high end restaurants. We are reviewers for Zagats in LA and NYC. Papillion is a first rate restaurant for food and service.

After visiting many restaurants on the island we finally visited Papillion. It was a very pleasant surprise!!! From the moment we came in till we left we had a great time. The crew was outstanding, friendly and professional. The food, and the presentation of it was a new experience for us. We will certanly visit Papillion more often and we can advice everybody who is in for a great evening: go visit Papillion!!! Thanks, John and Luciënne.

My husband and I recently enjoyed our first visit to beautiful Aruba. Dining at Papillon only added to our amazing trip. While the food was delicious, the service was excellent and they all made us feel like rock stars! We definitely will return to this restaurant when we come back to Aruba. :)
