Passions on the Beach

The food was excellent, the sunset beautiful, and the service excellent. If you are looking for a great dining experience and a wonderful memory this is the place to go. We plan on making this our annual destination.

We celebrated our Honeymoon in Aruba and dined out 5 out of the 7 evenings we spent there. Passions On The Beach was by far our favorite dining experience. The service, food and romantic ambiance was something we will never forget. We will rush back to Passions on our next visit.

I went to Passions for the first time this past summer and its by far the best restaurant I have ever been to. Great food, great service. Passions team; do not change a thing.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was delicious for our dinner to celebrate our wedding engagement that happened only moments before. Thank you for making our special night perfect.

Hands down my favorite restaurant in Aruba... The food and service was excellent!

Oh my goodness! What a fabulous evening! We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We had the 6:00pm sitting. It was still light out but the sun would be setting soon. We were seated in the first row near the water. The sunset was amazing! We could not have had a better waiter! His name was Michael and he was right there in the moment with us. He offered to take pictures at just the right time. We started with a bottle of champagne, which was perfect! We had appetizers, salad, dinner and a special dessert with sparklers! The food was delicious. The night was very special! Thank you Passions on the Beach!

We had a wonderful night at Passions as we celebrated our anniversary. The dinner was fabulous. We had the filet mignon and the Caribbean Shrimp. Perfect. We also had the tiramisu for dessert - delicious and the sparklers were a wonderful surprise. The violinist added a very special touch.

Our waitress was attentive without hovering. She was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff were wonderful. We loved the fact that they took our pictures several times. We have really enjoyed sharing them with our friends. We have told everyone about our special night. We have friends that go to Aruba every year and I am sure that they will now try Passions.

So many specials - the tiki lamps, the lamps on the table, the lit dessert menu, the sparklers, the fantastic beach setting, the perfect weather. There is nothing that you can change as far as we were concerned. It was a perfect evening.

We spend 2 weeks I in aruba each year frequenting Passions 1-2 times during our stay. This years visit was a total disappointment. It started out great with our server taking our drink orders which arrived quickly. Once drinks arrived we ordered our appetizers and main course at the same time. Our appetizers came out in a timely manner. After that it went straight downhill. Once appetizer were completed & taken away we waited approximately 40-45 minutes and no main course. Ordered and glass of wine and another 15 minutes went by. Still no main course. Our waiter finally came over an apologized for the delay and offered us a complimentary glass of wine which we didn't really want at this point. Finally an hour and half after completion of the appetizers the main course arrived which was semi cold.
We are an island time couple but we arrived @ 6:00pm and didn't get served our main course until 8:40. Also it's time to upgrade the outhouses. Really..

Beat some weather and got into ARUBA in time to make our Valentine's Day reservation at PASSIONS. We were so delighted with the place last year that we felt they would be an ideal spot to celebrate the occasion and there was a full moon to boot. PASSIONS (and the celestial bodies) did not disappoint in the least. It maintained its standards of excellence on every level and it was refreshing to see the consistency of its performance. We generally do not like the adding of a 15% surcharge to bills and generally just leave our tip at that level for most places that do it. PASSIONS is an exception to the rule and it warrants and gets substantially more from us and it is worth it. Everyone involved puts out 100%+ and it shows. We highly recommend this place to everyone - it is a unique and enjoyable experience. In our opinion, it is the nicest and best "eat on the beach" experience that Aruba has to offer and we are looking forward to returning next year as well.

Visited Passions again after several years. Setting is great with lovely ambience. Food was good but varied among our four orders, was not the Wow we had experienced previously. Service was slow and not very attentive. Go for the Setting and manage your expectations otherwise.
