Petje's Surinamese Fusion Cuisine

If you are a lover of Thai or Indian cuisine this restaurant is a must-visit during any stay in Aruba. This is so good we went twice. The price was shockingly low for being such excellent food. Throw a dart at the menu and they will not disappoint.

I came into Petje's looking for a simple afternoon lunch but what I received was that and so much more.
Beautiful setting, nice ambient music, and amazing food prepared in a spotless kitchen.
I began with Sate as an appetizer, rich flavor and tender meat, would definitely recommend.
Chose for Bami as my main course and I was not disappointed, the flavors which Surinamese cuisine is known for so well are perfectly balanced in this delightful meal.
Tried a Dawet to finish it off and try something new and that was also a wonderful experience.
The service was also excellent and I hope they know they have found a loyal customer in me.
Would recommend to anyone visiting the island or even those already living here who have not yet tried Surinamese food.

Love this place very good (eat here two times) food I take the Nassi Rames delicious. Also a very clean in kitchen vieuw.
