Pinchos Grill & Bar

We would recommend Pinchos Grill & Bar just simply for the setting. The bar and restaurant are very attractive and nicely decorated. The restaurant is on a pier out on the middle of the Caribbean and you can see the water through the cracks in the floor under your feet. The food was adequate - it didn't blow us away, but was pretty good. Our server was very friendly and charming.

I went to this restaurant in August 2007 and returned July 2008. It is worth the cab fair from anywhere on the island. We got the meat skewer and fish kabob and shared. Service was great and they were very attentive. The ambiance of the sunset makes it a Class A restaurant. There was a wide assortment of beverages to choose from. One of the first things I did when arriving at my hotel was book this reservation with the concierge. I look forward to returning next year.

Although we loved the setting, there was one big problem...flies. We were the first people there to get food served to our table and a bunch of flies came out of nowhere and we spent the evening swatting them away from our food. It put a damper on the evening. I would probably return for drinks only due to the wonderful ambiance. Once other customers started getting their food, the flies even out more among the tables, but we still had to do some swatting.

The chicken satay and the beef skewers were tasty. The mango shrimp tasted very fishy and could have been fresher. The apple and mango martini were both heavenly as was the banana chocolate chip cake and the peanut butter pie.

We visited Aruba with a group and Pinchos was recommended by our local team. We were NOT disappointed! My husband & I visited before our VIPs and the well prepared and thoughtful menus, inventive beverages and spectacular views were excellent... the night our group visited it could not have been more delightful for everyone. We had special menu considerations & all were perfectly attended too. Now, if you are looking for an economy meal - try one of the many quick places in Aruba. If you want to relax, enjoy the views, savor fine foods bought fresh & made to order - while watching a sunset with friends or someone you love -- this is the place. Plan to relax - island style - don't rush. We didn't have families with our group but we watched them treat the families with just as much care as they treated our VIPs. Eric the bartender was Great...Robbie and Annabel the owners are Awesome and Francseco the Maitre "D" is Fantastic...always recognize us....The Grilled only food is terrific and the atmosphere and setting is spectacular...always return here on every visit! Thanks to all.

one of the most beautiful and romantic restaurants I have ever been to. Food and service was fab, hoping to talk my fella into marrying me there.

Without questions the combination of the atmosphere,food, and service this was the winner. Rodney our waiter was really great and the dauces with the food was really distinctive.

I E-mailed for reservations and told them we were celebrating our anniversary. When we got there, they gave us a night to remember, special table, and they had the entertainment play a romantic song for us to dance to. They topped off the night with a sparkling dessert and the place singing happy anniversary to us. I felt like we were in a room full of friends. The food was very good, and the attention and service we got was the best we ever experienced. Our hats off to Pincho's for making this a night we'll never forget.

I would go back here for drinks at sunset before I went back for dinner. atmospher was lovely..on a pier in the water. food was fair and service wasnt any better. I had to ask the waitress more than a few times for somethings she said she'd bring and didn't and the last request for water I just stopped asking.
