A great place for drinks/dinner that
is literally on the water. Beautiful
views, especially at sunset along with
good food and service. Put this restaurant on your list to visit.
See you on our next trip.

In total I’ve bin at pinchos about three times now. And I’ve never written a review before about the restaurant. But the disappointment that I suffered last night (04-04-07) was so tremendous that I feel obligated to this time. The first time at picho's was great they had just opened and the ambiance was great and so was the service and food. Then I came there about 1 and a half year later and then the food was little over mediocre, the service was still good but what irritated me was the host. Who just didn't seem to be able to leave anybody alone.
This time it was terrible. The place was packed. There was no place to peacefully sit. The waitresses were so busy that they could not attend any people normally. The host was terribly stressed out and annoying and on top of that we made a reservation but when we got there and it was (finally) time to order two of our orders were out of stock and we were pushed to take something else. All and all the only thing good about the whole evening was our waitress, who was awfully tested and embarrassed by the whole thing.
If u want to go to Pinchos then enjoy the scenery and the setting and have a DRINK. But if you see people waiting outside then don’t bother.
It’s very pricy and I thought not worth it anymore.

This place is hidden and not highly advertised, but a must see! It was recommened to us by one of our taxi drivers and the mate on the ship we went out fishing on. After our second recommendation on our last day we decided to give it a try. Boy do we wish we would have found this place sooner. We felt like we got such a steal for the price. The service was wonderful, the recommendations for dinnenr from our server was supurb. We had the seafood cakes as an appitizer, which are a little more moist than normal crabcakes, but were delicious. The cucumber salad is also a great light start. For dinner I had the pork which was with a fruit chutney, and a honey glaze. The balance of flavors in this dish created fireworks in my mouth. My husband had the grouper with an apricot and ginger glaze. The flavors in this dish were also heavenly. The owner/manager even walked around to each table several times to see how everything was and if we needed anything. The special attention that they all gave was perfect. They allowed you to have a romantic evening while never needing a thing. The romantic setting was the topper of the evening. Set over the ocean set on a dock, you sit over the water, and can watch the sun go down. The lighting with the lanterns and lights under the dock are fantastic. Get here for sunset and enjoy your table into the evening. Thanks so much for making our last night on the island, on our honeymoon, a night to remember. We will see you next time we are in Aruba for sure! This will be our special place for dinner next time, and since the prices are so resonable, we are planning to come here more than once!

This is our favorite "last night" place. Spectacular sunsets and some of the best food on the island.

We tried this restaurant mainly because of the setting. That unfortunately was the best part. The food was good, but my hubby left hungry and it was pricey for what we received. I thought the entrees were more of an appetizer size. It is on a pier overlooking the sea and we did enjoy the sunset and the wonderful breeze, but we probably would not go back.

THE ATMOSPHERE HERE IS ONE OF THE BEST ON THE ISLAND. SET ON A PIER. THEY HAVE A FEW REGULAR TABLES AND THE REST OF THE TABLE ARE LOW TABLES (LOUNGE TYPE) AND CAN BE HARD TO EAT A NORMAL DINNER. THEY HAVE A LIMITED MENU. FOOD WAS GOOD, NOT THE BEST ON THE ISLAND. THE SALSA SALAD WAS VERY GOOD. WE HAD 2 GROUPER 1 MAHI-MAHI 1 SPECIAL SWORDFISH(WHICH WAS A LITTLE FISHY) TOTAL 2 APPS, 4 DINNERS, 2 BOTTLES OF WINE $169.00

#1 place to eat in Aruba hands down. Our group of 4 ladies had the pleasure of dining here on Aug. 11, 2006, our last night in Aruba. From the moment you walk onto the floating dock you are made to feel welcome. The Pinchos Salsa served with pumpkin bread is wonderful! Our group ordered an assortment of items and all were top notch. Scallops, salmon, shrimp, tenderloin (cooked perfectly med. rare). Try the mano martini and key lime pie also. Don't leave Aruba without going at least once to Pincho's.

Seldom do we recommend a restaurant so highly after only one visit, however Pincho's is undoubtedly an exception to that rule. The setting of the restaurant is literally on the water and its full view of the sunset is breathtaking; the decor is elegant, yet sophisticatedly casual; the menu offers tempting, uniquely prepared and ultimately delicious selections; the service is first-class; the softly performed guitar music and romantic balads sung by an incredibly talented performer blends pefectly with the warm tropical breezes floating over your table. Pincho's is an EXCEPTIONAL dining experience you should not/not miss while enjoying your visit to Aruba.

Why this restaurant is not #1 on the list I cannot understand. How more perfect can you get? The ambiance is wonderful, location location location. At the end of a short pier right over the water. Food is fabulous, service is 10++ and owners are gracious beyond belief. A little gushy? Not So!! This is the truth and I can hardly wait to go back there to eat on my 15th trip to Aruba. Nothing in Florida can compare. Yes, I am Jan from Venice!
