Ruth's Chris Steak House

Save your money and time and eat anywhere else. We we're a party of nine and six of us ordered steak. 4 of them were raw and we ordered medium. Manager offered new side dishes. Big deal. What kind of steak house doesn't know how to cook steak? My husbands salmon was raw too. 700 dollars for garbage. Don't bother

We were a party of eight last night...Noelia was our server and she was so wonderful...taking part with us in joking with two of our party and even preparing a special dessert for them....she went far and above what was already excellent service...we so enjoyed the dinners we ordered and the amusing and special treatment we received from all the staff and manager too. We did not want it to be over....thank you so very much!!!

Yes, it's pricey...but you knew this before entering! After all, it is located inside the Marriott!
But it is worth every penny (lots of them) - steaks are cooked exactly the way you order them, the portions are humongous (too much, really), and the service is first-class.
Remember that the side dishes are offered for the table, not just for one....

We stayed at Marriott and decided to give Ruth Chris a try as we live in n.j. And visit all Ruth Chris restaurants in surrounding area, have to say this must have been an off night,the champagne I wanted for around $50 dollars they were out of and the next bottle was $109. I knew the bottle for $50 was available in hotel bars but they said it could not be had. Our server got lost and I ended up haveing to always reach to pour my wife's ,I don't mind this in most restaurants however I know this Is nor Ruth's Chris policy, also steak, porterhouse for 2 was full of gristle , I know this can happier to anyone,just an all round off night. However my wife and I will definitely go back because I believe it just had to be an off night,this has never happened to us at any Ruth's Chris in over25 years. Everyone deserves a second chance.

It was our 10 year anniversary. As custom for us, we wanted to celebrate with a steak. Ruth's Chris was a good try. The steaks were cooked to order. I thought the baked potato had an odd taste. Otherwise, I thought everything was good.

Food was superb but the service was even better! Steaks cooked exactly as you would like them - appetizers lovely. My wife always has the lobster bisque and I am a wedge-of-lettuce-with-blue-cheese afficiendo. But it is expensive, no doubt...dinner for two without drinks will be $180.

Aruba location.Very disappointed in food (steak preparation) and sevice. Cowboy Ribeye was ordered to split with one half medium and other medium rare. waitress said she could do this and split steak to cook to order, steak came to table (she was nowhere around) and when put on plates continue to cook (nice hot plates as usual) but the steak to be med-rare was med-well. Had to wait for them to cook a filet instead. Found out later from manager our deserts were to be no charge(after we ordered one and manager then told me). gave us the filet but when bill came I had to tell waitress it was susposed to be no charge.Will not go back. FYI, bill was l $175 for a mediocre experience

Always eat here when in Aruba..Top notch restaurant. Had dinner for two...lots of food...one had mixed grill..steak and chicken excellent...crab cake was not good...dry and burnt....other had steak that was excellent...Claudia made our night memorable with excellent service.

A terrific meal with impecable service and the most impressive part was we have a nine year old daughter and they have as impressive a childrens portion menu as you will ever find. This is a restaurant that signifies "you get what you pay for" and they definitely fit that bill.

Having been to other Ruth's, my expectations were fairly low, but this was a pleasant surprise. Our Crabtini was very good (better with the cocktail sauce my wife decided to order) and the T-Bone was enormous, flavorful and perfectly cooked.
