Food was good. Service was great. Prices were very expensive. We wouldn't have gone there if we had not received a Gift Certificate from our children. Chalet Suisse is alway great with much better pricing.

Six of us for dinner. Each couple ordered from the 'special' $99/couple deal. It was good but I think the most memorable part of the evening was spending time with friends and the excellent cocktail special. Their apple martini was a hit but four of them added an additional $60 to our bill - one of most expensive dinners once service was added, we paid while in Aruba. The Service was friendly and professional. We'll probably not return as we're not carnivores and prefer fish.

Great steak with US service. It's all about the smile :-). Large size portion of food. Personal waiter with care. Environment is based upon a lot of tables not for a cosy dinner.

Somewhat mixed review. Pricey, of course. Also, my medium-rare filet was well done, and another had some gristle. Two others were perfect. Shoestring fries, gumbo, house salad, creamed spinach, and sauteed mushrooms were all excellent. Chocolate lava cake was large portion, and just good, but it was not a true lava cake--just a little fudge sauce on top underneath the vanilla ice cream. Fresh-baked bread was outstanding, but two acknowledged efforts to get more went unanswered. They forgot to bring spoons for desert. So that was a little frustrating. They did let us bring in snacks for the kids, which was very nice. A 9 for environment, just because we did not have a view. Presentation was OK, but other places' creations are starting to look like Iron Chef items, so this place is falling a little behind in presentation.

Ruth's Chris is the best! The petite with shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus was the main course and was excellent. When it came to desert wow, the chocolate sin cake, the bread pudding, and the apple pie with ice cream was excellent! The citrus mojito was great. Thank you Cesar, Marisol, and Chris the woman manager. Awesome place to dine.

My wife and I have been to Aruba five times and have eaten in over 30 restaurants. We both agree that our dinner at Ruth's Chris Steak House was one of the best, if not the best dining experiences we have ever had in Aruba. We arrived at 7:00pm, which is a good time to be seated in a lovely booth facing the entrance to the restaurant. Manny, our waiter was about as attentive as any waiter we have had in a while. He gave us his recommendations (which happened to be our favorites). Unsolicuited, Manny brought out two extra plates for us to share our appetizers, ahi tuna and stuffed mushrooms...delicious...I had a grey goose martini and it was the first cocktail in Aruba where the liquor was not watered down...and the martini was served in a 10oz martini glass ... heaven. I had a 22oz giant lobster tailed steamed and my wife had a petite filet mignon cooked to her liking. All during our meal, Manny kept coming over to give us clean plates and to clear our table and ask us if everything was OK. He anticipated our every need. The dessert was wonderful. The cheesecake was a very large mini pie that was out of this world and the cappaccinos were delicious and the right size. All in all, an outstanding dining experience, in any city. We live on Long Island in New York. We have some of the best steakhouses in the country, including a Ruth's Chris Steak House that we have never been to. We will certainly try it when we return home. Thank you Ruth's Chris Steak House for the experience and thank you Manny.

You get what you pay for - Ruth's Chris costs a lot, but the food and experience is worth it. My wife and I tried the "$89 for two" meal special, and we both left full and satisfied. My order came back wrong, which resulted in my low ranking for service. I assume this was an aberration. Very nice, high-class dining.

This is most overrated restaurant on Aruba!!
They are supposed to have the best steaks on the island, the prices they handel sure fit this profile but when the cook prepares the fillet till it tastes like liver something is wrong.
The personel is very pretentious. They have no kids menu, and they sure like to speed up things, when we were still finishing our first course the main course was already waiting next to the table.
We suggest that you keep your money in your pocket and spend it in the numerous other good restaurants on Aruba.

Outstanding steaks and lamb chops, as you would expect from this quality steakhouse. Good caesar salad and an unbelievably good sweet potato and pecan casserole. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. Dinner for four, no drinks, no desserts, two salads and two sides was around $250.

We have been to this steakhouse and loved it but Aruba we felt it was overpriced and my husband's $50 steak was not anything special. The filet was very good but we went there so my husband could get a good steak. For the amount we paid, we should have gone elsewhere.
