Never again! First,I asked the server if I could have the dutch potatoes instead of the rice and she curtly said "No". I ordered the surf and turf and found four shrimp and a piece of steak about 1" x 2" in front of me. For $21, this was a joke. Needless to say about an hour later, we all walked around the corner to McDonald's and filled up on some quarter pounders. It's a shame, because they use to have a great ribeye with garlic and butter sauce on the menu, but for some reason took it off. When I asked why, no one knows. Definitly, the worst place we went to in the two weeks we were there.

We had lunch here one afternoon on our honeymoon and thought it was a good place for this. They have a wide variety of tapas at reasonable prices. We especially enjoyed the chorizo and the coconut shrimp. The restaurant has a cute, homey atmosphere and the service was friendly.

The food was served hot, fresh and quick! Not expensive either. Only complaint was that the margarita was waaaay too strong, made me feel like I was in college again.

Excellent atmosphere, with a live band playing for the row of restaurants located on the strip. Friendly, attentive service as well.

Together with my friends we decided to eat Tapas, because we were with 6 people we didn't get seated right away. Normally a HOST would recommend us to wait at the bar, but that didnt happen.... so bad start. The waiter was very polite and I have no comments on him.

Together with my friend we ordered around 6 Tapas and 1 french fries. The portions of the tapas are really small and quality of ALL the tapas were really bad, to salty, just tasteless. Paying 10,- Afl. per tapas, I expected way more.

I will never visit Salt&Pepper and I won't recommend this to anyone.

Third visit here. When I came I saw a table available. I asked the waiter if I could reserve the table for 6 persons. She told me no problem. I was waiting for my friends in front of the restaurant. The 'reserved' sign was placed on the table. In 5 minutes my friends arrived. When we walked to table, other people were seated. I asked the girl and she told me the table was not reserved. Then the very impolite waiter (host?) came to tell me it was him who is dealing with reservations, and because I did not came to him the reservation was not valid. He was very rude. With in a few minutes we got on other table.
Furthermore the Tapas were tasteless. Afl. 10,- for each tapas is to expensive for what you get. Price quality is too bad! I will never recommend this restaurant to anybody.
Customer satisfaction and service come first! Emloyees should not exhibit there differences in few of the guest.

This place surprised us and was really good, the tapas were excellent as was the sangria and the prices very super reasonable, the location is kind of busy spot but enjoyable and there was some guy singing some nice relaxing music across the way, our waiter was super friendly and whole experience was great, a must see.

We always have a nice, casual time at this place. Good place to go with friends since their menu varies from tapas to entrees to salads - something for everyone and fairly inexpensive. Had a really nice beef tenderloin pasta salad and hubby and our friends had several tapas that they shared. Service was good as always (she kept those ice cold beers coming!)

Very disappointing experience. Our service was terrible. We arrived and had a drink at the bar while we waited for a table. Once seated, our waitress took our drink order and brought us our cocktails. She then took our dinner order. We waited and waited and waited with our empty glasses. Never were we asked if we wanted another beverage.(A glass of water would have been nice.) We flagged our waitress down to let her know that we would like to order a bottle of wine. She brought the "limited" list and then disappeared never to return to see which bottle we wanted. Our food finally arrived and about halfway through completion of our meals our waitress reappears to ask if we were ready to order our wine. Needless to say by this time we were fed up by the lack of attention and just wanted our experience to end. I can accept mediocre food but unacceptable service is intolerable. Would not recommend this place unless you want an inexpensive meal in Aruba and you do not care about quality service.
