Not sure what we missed, but our cocktails were the smallest we experienced on the island, the onion rings were deep fried until they were black, and our other tapas were really very ordinary, reminiscent of bar food. The staff was very friendly and our waitress took onion rings off the bill without hesitation, but the nice service is definitely not enough for me to recommend or go back to this restaurant.

The staff at Salt & Pepper truly made my vacation even more enjoyable! We ate there a few times (great food/great prices) & hung out at the bar a few nights! The staff is SOO friendly & always remembered our names! I would highly recommend!!

This place is just ok. Do not try the pancakes, they are really greasy.

We dined at Salt and Pepper 2 times for lunch due to the proximity to the Radisson.

Overall we found the food to be above average. The burger was good as were some of the appetizers. Serving sizes were on the small side.

Service was shotty at best. Each table doesn't have 1 server but multiple and at times it would take them 20 minutes to refill water or soda.

Overall an average experience. I will not be rushing back on our next trip.

Since we ate at so many wonderful restaurants I expected this to be right up there, but the food was just okay - it looked really good though! We had a few drinks and the service was good. We were also bothered a lot of flies as soon as we got our food. It was more than likely just our experience as many people rave about this place. Next time we go to Aruba we would definitely give it another chance.

Four of us went here for lunch and each ordered a tapa and a sandwich. Not sure what we were thinking because it was WAY too much food - but it was all very good (favorite tapa is the fried brie with chutney) and the cold Heineken on tap hit the spot!

We also had tapas here an not dinner (yet). The tapas were really good! First I had the Seafood Wrap (Flour tortilla filled with seafood in a creamy sauce) and... something else but I forgot (??).. it was really tasty, though!

Then, enthusiastic about these delicacies, We ordered some more: the S&P Dip (Spinach dip kalalu & cream cheese, served with nacho chips - very special and creamy!) and the Spicy Beef (yeeehaaa... spicy indeed!). We also ordered sangria with all this. Delicious.

It's a nice place with - indeed - a lot of salt & pepper sets (if you bring them a set they don't have yet, you'll be granted a free glass of wine, haha) and we had a nice talk with the sous chef.

We did not stay for dinner, but had the tapas. They were fabulous. There were many to choose from and the portion size was good. The only downside of the meal was that there were an abundance of fly's in the dining room. You may want to eat outside.

This was our favorite place to eat and also where we met great people that we hung out with at night. Sandra and Evo were wonderful and we went back to eat there hoping we would get them as our waitress or bartender! I heard some people complain about slow service but come on you are on vacation. The reason they are "slow" is because they take the time to actually talk to the customers and get to know them and answer any questions they may have. So if being friendly and taking your time with each table is considered "slow service" to some, then maybe this place isn't for you. if you want a great place with great people where they remember your name then go here. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!

We went to this restaurant because we heard a lot of good reviews for it and wanted to try something on the lighter side. The service was terrible at this restaurant. You had to people on the wait staff serving only a handfull of people for the lunch crowd. It wasn't as if they were packed but more that they were lazy. We waited a long time for our food and a really long time to get our check. We never receieved a refill on our waters even though they were empty when the entree arrived. The food wasn't bad and was very inexpensive for the Aruba. We passed by this place later on that evening and saw that it was packed. I can't imagine that the service would improve when more people were seated.
