Screaming Eagle
Screaming Eagle - taste and the pleasure of dining.

Our Chefs prepare fresh seafood - both locally caught and from around the world - in a modern interpretation. The meats proudly reveal their affinity to French cuisine. Healthy vegan and vegetarian options are a new and growing passion.

Great food screams for great wine to come along. And Screaming Eagle propelled the wine list to the next level, offering various levels of matching options to perfectly pair the food. Our mixologist and sommelier has many more liquid dreams at your disposal.

The whole package is compelling, hence Screaming Eagle was voted best restaurant in the Caribbean by ‘Caribbean Journal’ in 2015! Repeating to make a mark on the Top 50 list ever since, securing a Top 5 slot each following year, adding ‘Caribbean Chef of the Year Award’ in 2017. And striving.

Welcome to deliciousness!

My wife ans I went with another couple on 12/4/09 who had been ther previously and had a good meal there. Service was slow and they gave us a free round of drinks to make up for slow service. Wait staff was excellent and not responsible for the mistakes of the kitchen.
Food was terrible. All four entrees were delivered almost cold and were basically inedible. Grouper was dry and tough as was the red snapper. Salmon was cold ad somewhat slimy. My wife had scallops that were way undercooked and inedible. Chef came out to talk with us and did not charge us for the meal. Will never go back. Too many good restaurants on the island to waste an evening as we just did

This is not our first choice for fine dining in Aruba, Acctually its not even our 10th choice. HOWEVER!

Our friends Eric & Bethany absolutely love the place. So much so that I understand they intend to eat there 4 out of the 8 nights of their upcomming trip.

Based on their high regard for the screaming Eagle I will recomend it as well because Eric & Bethany have great tast.

We had an amazing meal here. The atmosphere great, the wait staff attentive the food incredible. The carpaccio excellent for an app. The only negative is that we ordered 3 different bottles of wine because they just couldn't find what we ordered or had the wrong year. The waitress recovered by not putting our food order in until they found and opened the wine. Other than that, it was great. We will be back.

THe carpaccio is the best in Aruba and the risotto deserves attention. We will definitely be back again on our next trip.

This was our second year going to this restaurant. We LOVE it here. The food is the best on the island. The sangria is amazing and so is the crepe suzette (made tableside). My husband and i love to sit outside and between our meal and dessert we get up and sit in the lounge area to relax a little. Do not miss this place

Went here for the first time. The place was half empty.. so thought that was a bit of a bad sign. But we gave it a try. The food was not bad. We had the tuna tartar wich was nice, and the duck liver creme brulee wich tasted old.
Mancourse we had some fish and tenderloin wich was good. The service was very slow ! and they did'nt gave much attention.
We thought it was overpriced. So we won't go back here.

This is my favorite restaurant in Aruba. We travel to Aruba at least two times a year and have to eat at Screaming Eagle. The service is the best on the island and the food is wonderful. Love the "South Beach" type decor and lounge beds for drinks after dinner.

My wife Kathie and I had one of the best nights out for dinner at The Screaming Eagle during our last trip to Aruba in October. The food, waitstaff, and the atmosphere at the restaurant was outstanding. We eat out alot back home here in Boston, we do the books for alot of restaurants here and eat at some of the finest restaurants. This was a first class evening that really pleased our pallets, thanks for the memories, we will put this on our must eat list with our other favorite, The Flying Fishbone.

Adventurous menu, unique atmosphere and delicious food. We let the chef choose for us and enjoyed creamy lobster bisque, duck breast with foie gras, carpaccio... every bite tastier than the last. Presentation was very nice. Dessert was good but didn't quite stand up to the quality and inventiveness of the rest of the meal. The cocktail menu is extensive and creative. We'll be back.
