Screaming Eagle
Screaming Eagle - taste and the pleasure of dining.

Our Chefs prepare fresh seafood - both locally caught and from around the world - in a modern interpretation. The meats proudly reveal their affinity to French cuisine. Healthy vegan and vegetarian options are a new and growing passion.

Great food screams for great wine to come along. And Screaming Eagle propelled the wine list to the next level, offering various levels of matching options to perfectly pair the food. Our mixologist and sommelier has many more liquid dreams at your disposal.

The whole package is compelling, hence Screaming Eagle was voted best restaurant in the Caribbean by ‘Caribbean Journal’ in 2015! Repeating to make a mark on the Top 50 list ever since, securing a Top 5 slot each following year, adding ‘Caribbean Chef of the Year Award’ in 2017. And striving.

Welcome to deliciousness!

The Screaming Eagle is a must for every visitor to Aruba who loves superb meals and a special atmosphere. We went to the Eagle yesterday and it was magnifique. First having cocktails and beers at the massive bar where Harold, by far the best bartender in the Caribe, rules the scepter. This is a place where hospitality is reinvented. The menu has just too many nice dishes but you thave to choose. Never miss the Black Angus with world famous pepper and brandy sauce. The sauce is an art itself. We can't wait to go back.

We had an excellent experience here the week of 3/16/09. Food and service was top notch. One of our party remembered a melon soup dessert from a year earlier which was no longer on the menu and the chef made it specially for her. Overall food was great for a vacation island. Highly recommended.

During the week we also tried Sunset Grill, El Gaucho, Chalet Suisse, Tony Roma's, Taste of Belgium. This one was the best by far but Sunset was decent and the porterhouse at El Gaucho sublime.

We ate here the last night of our vacation, and we went out with a bang! Screaming Eagle is FABULOUS. My husband and I reserved a bed, and it did not disappoint..so much fun to eat dinner in bed. Food was delicious, upscale, dessert was incredible. Big drink/cocktail list. Our server, Fleur, was incredible, and we experienced the best and quickest service we had all week. We would DEFINITELY go back!

Great food, one of our favorite meals during our stay. Main course was prepared table side and was fabulous. Very friendly and personable staff. A do not miss restaurant while visiting Aruba.

We dined "In Bed" at Screaming Eagle on the 7th during our 20th consecutive visit to Aruba. We had dined there on a recommendation the previous year and found food and service extraordinary. We were on our way to a similar experience, awaiting our dessert, when we were "treated" to the sight and smells of a young mother changing her baby on one of the beds! The manager on duty basically shrigged his shoulders at the situation and had his crew hastily change the linens. An adjustment to our bill was made (no way we were having our dessert) but the woman, the baby and their party were not even approached about theis behavior (the woman actually called my wife a "bitch" for complaining). I have received an apology from the Manager, but I cannot in good conscience recommend a place where such behavior could be tolerated.

We love Screaming Eagle for the food and atmosphere! We especially love Yvette, who always takes great care of us. She DOES look like JLo but nicer!!!

You have to try the Celebrity Martini if you love martini's b/c it is the best drink on the island. Yumo!

We have had dinner there on Feb 08 and Feb10th 2009. The food is (what can I say) really really good, as you can see by the amount of times we have been there. Very happy.
