Screaming Eagle
Screaming Eagle - taste and the pleasure of dining.

Our Chefs prepare fresh seafood - both locally caught and from around the world - in a modern interpretation. The meats proudly reveal their affinity to French cuisine. Healthy vegan and vegetarian options are a new and growing passion.

Great food screams for great wine to come along. And Screaming Eagle propelled the wine list to the next level, offering various levels of matching options to perfectly pair the food. Our mixologist and sommelier has many more liquid dreams at your disposal.

The whole package is compelling, hence Screaming Eagle was voted best restaurant in the Caribbean by ‘Caribbean Journal’ in 2015! Repeating to make a mark on the Top 50 list ever since, securing a Top 5 slot each following year, adding ‘Caribbean Chef of the Year Award’ in 2017. And striving.

Welcome to deliciousness!

Het is een goed restaurant, een zeer toegevoegde waarde voor Aruba. Goede service waarvan een menig restaurant van kan leren. Het ligt in het wat hogere segment, maar de prijs is het zeker waard.
Dit is zeker een aanrader.

The online photos don't do the ambience here justice. We both had the grouper with risotto and it was fabulous and the beef carpaccio was unbelievable. My husband said the lobster bisque was to die for. Our waitress was Arminda and she was a pleasure. We actually paid more for other dinners so it wasn't as pricey as I expected. Because we didn't ask until after we were seated, we didn't realize that the purpose of the beds was not just for cocktails but rather you can dine there too. May have opted for that but not sure. Would definitely return here.

We celebrated a special anniversary at Screaming Eagle last week and I cannot say enough about the food, service and the appearance of the restaurant. Attention to detail at its best and delicious food.

This was a WONDERFUL restaurant! Our food was outstanding and the service was perfect! We love the food in Aruba and we have had some really great meals, but Screaming Eagle might be the best restaurant on the island! Don't miss it!

Concierge at our hotel sent us to the restaurant after our long trip. We have never been here but we were presently surprised. Best service we have ever encountered on the island. Highly reccomended.

I am sitting on the balcony of my resort in Aruba as I write this review. The only word I can use is EXTRAORDINARY!!!
We were seated promptly inside with another person. Staff was very attentive without hovering.
After we ordered the chef sent out a piece of sushi for us that we had not ordered. It was delicious.
My husband had lobster bisque (BEST HE'S EVER HAD ANYWHERE) and I had Ceasar's salad. The greens were crisp with just the right amount of dressing so as not to wilt.
We both had the surf & turf which included a 4 oz steak, 3 oz lobster tail, 2 jumbo shrimp, whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus spears, and a grilled red pepper. It was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly.
As a final touch we ordered the crepes suzette prepared table side for desert. We shared this delicious desert. We received 3 crepes with suzette sauce that included real orange pieces and real orange peel. It is served with a side of vanilla ice cream topped with slivered almonds.
Our total bill was $110 including the new tax on the island, but excluding any service charge.
This resturant is now a must visit for us when we come to our timeshare every year.

We were just there September 08 for the first time. WOW! The food was fantastic, the service great, atmosphere the best... In other words, it is now one of our favorite restaurants in Aruba.

Both the food and atmosphere - amazing! It is more on the expensive side but is worth every penny!

We also stop in here at night sometimes for drinks and dessert. It's a nice place to hang out for a few after dinner drinks - a relaxing, yet upscale, atmosphere.
