Screaming Eagle
Screaming Eagle - taste and the pleasure of dining.

Our Chefs prepare fresh seafood - both locally caught and from around the world - in a modern interpretation. The meats proudly reveal their affinity to French cuisine. Healthy vegan and vegetarian options are a new and growing passion.

Great food screams for great wine to come along. And Screaming Eagle propelled the wine list to the next level, offering various levels of matching options to perfectly pair the food. Our mixologist and sommelier has many more liquid dreams at your disposal.

The whole package is compelling, hence Screaming Eagle was voted best restaurant in the Caribbean by ‘Caribbean Journal’ in 2015! Repeating to make a mark on the Top 50 list ever since, securing a Top 5 slot each following year, adding ‘Caribbean Chef of the Year Award’ in 2017. And striving.

Welcome to deliciousness!

We had heard about the Screaming Eagle on the bulleton boards, and could not wait to try it. It was a great place. It was very up-scale, above your average Aruba restaraunt. The food ws great, especially the duck that I had. My wife had the veal chop and she loved it. The desert served in the cup made of chocolate was amazing also. Good wine list to. Not cheap, but not over priced for the quality you get. I know some people were complaining about the prices on the bulleton board, but hey, you get what you pay for. Service was top notch also, some of the best I've had on the island. We also hung out in the more nightclub part where they have the beds you sit on. Very chic. It seems to draw a pretty hip crowd as far as we could tell. We are looking forward to going back on our next trip, and hope to eat there more than once.

My wife and I dined at several wonderful upscale restaurants on our honeymoon and Screaming Eagle might have been the very best. The food was exquisite, the wine list was reasonably-priced, varied and well-balanced with great selections at various price-points. We had a half bottle of Moet Chandon to start and the Foley Pinot Noir with dinner. For food, we had the tenderloin carpaccio and ceviche for starters. Honestly, some of the best food I've ever had. Then, the duck breast and grouper. Both terrific, the grouper was better. Dessert was marinated strawberries and the tiramisu mousse. Perfection. Seriously. The staff was young, attractive and professional. When we asked to see the manager to congratulate him on running a superior restaurant, we laughed when a young man, who might have been as old as twenty-five, approached. Nellika (sp?) was our server. She was capable, warm, and dignified. She took excellent care of us. The lounge is kind of neat, with beds you recline on while you enjoy a cocktail, but the food is what distinguishes this place rather than a chic bar you might find in any cosmopolitan city. For our last night out, we dined at Madame Janette which was terrific, too. Our waiter there, Jasper, was great as well, and coincidentally, he's Nellika's neighbor. Anyway, Madame Janette garners the most acclaim and it's richly-deserved, but Screaming Eagle is at least as good. I teach at a university in Boston and work at a fine-dining restaurant to supplement my income. I've been a waiter for thirteen years. Believe me when I say that these people know what they're doing. To the staff, particularly Nellika and the chef, thanks for a special evening. We'll definitely be back.

I've been here several times for drinks, but had never taken the opportunity to have dinner until recently. To begin, I absolutely love the place. The soft lighting mixed with the lounge music creates a very relaxing atmosphere for drinks or dinner. The service was excellent, and the food was beyond excellence. The price is reasonable in comparison to what you get. It is worth every penny. After dinner make sure to get an expresso martini and lie down in one of the lounging beds.

The place to be, for drinking and eating in the best atmosphere on the island. Top-class service with a friendly style. They surprised me two times with the most delicious food I’ve had on the island. Excellent wine-food combinations.

Words cannot describe what I experienced at this restaurant, explosions of flavor bursting in my mouth, the ambiance, the music, extremely personable staff. One thing that cannot be missed is the chocolate cup and saucer with ice cream and mousse and some other sweet stuff..It is to die for !!!! To digest it all there's the lounge area with the softest pillows...great work guys !!!

Was in Aruba from 18th to 23rd of September and I liked the Screaming Eagle top class food and at the end of your dinner this place became an incredible lounge bar. They had excellent music which is lounge music not a discotheque or a house party.

Staff at the Screaming Eagle is excellent I had a lot of fun with Marcel, Patrick, Joanne, Jozef, Etienne. They know how to entertain people.

If you come to Aruba make sure you don't miss this place. It's innovative and I definitely expect to come back next year.

Thanks for the good times.

In a word "Amazing". If it had just been the food..the atmosphere....service we would have been overwhelmed. But everyone from the owners, the servers, the Chefs the busboys, became not only a participant in our experience, but a friend. We spent our 20 year wedding anniversary at the Screaming Eagle, the Chefs prepared a meal exclusivley for us ! It was incredible, we spent 3 of our 7 nights in Aruba at the Screaming Eagle and we will be back. If you spend your money in any other place, you will never be as completly fulfilled as you will be at the Screaming Eagle. We can not thank them enough.
