Screaming Eagle
Screaming Eagle - taste and the pleasure of dining.

Our Chefs prepare fresh seafood - both locally caught and from around the world - in a modern interpretation. The meats proudly reveal their affinity to French cuisine. Healthy vegan and vegetarian options are a new and growing passion.

Great food screams for great wine to come along. And Screaming Eagle propelled the wine list to the next level, offering various levels of matching options to perfectly pair the food. Our mixologist and sommelier has many more liquid dreams at your disposal.

The whole package is compelling, hence Screaming Eagle was voted best restaurant in the Caribbean by ‘Caribbean Journal’ in 2015! Repeating to make a mark on the Top 50 list ever since, securing a Top 5 slot each following year, adding ‘Caribbean Chef of the Year Award’ in 2017. And striving.

Welcome to deliciousness!

At first I I didn’t believe the reviews but my experience yesterday at “La Trattoria del Faro Blanco” was such a bad experience (turist trap)that I had to look for something else…

But the “Screaming Eagle” was a GREAT experience.

They have great food (big portions), great service, really good wine list and excellent desserts.

We had the Peruvian ceviche, the potato soup with truffles, the duck and the fresh local fish. Everything was amazing. Finally dessert (yogurt mousse and the tiramisu) both excellent!!!

EXTREMELLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We went to this restaurant on a recommendation from the concierge of our hotel. It was absolutely the best food I have ever eaten. We have been to Aruba 7 times and have eaten at many wonderful restaurants but this is our new favorite one. We liked it so much we went back for a 2nd time before we left. The food is top quality and you get plenty of it for the price. It is very reasonably priced also. The service is also great.

My wife and I went here on August 1st, 2007. I can only hope that if you are reading this....you get yourself here as soon as possible.
This place was flawless. Because it has only been open for a short time, most people do not know about it YET. The chef, who not only prepared INCREDIBLE meals, greeted us, sat us and made sure that all was fine. The food was OUTSTANDING. The presentation was even better. Our waiter was very friendly, professional, but unfortunately, it was his last night before returning to school.
They give you the option to dine in "bed", which we chose not to. This place is decorated like you are in Miami Beach, complete with white beds, couches and tool hanging from the ceilings above the beds. Outside is right across from ocean and the patio is filled with oversized chairs with high backs and couches to hang out and have drinks. We chose to have dessert in bed and relaxed after a wonderful meal.
If I would recommend ONE place in Aruba, which has MANY fine places to dine, this would be the place, by far....that I would feel comfortable recommending to my closest friends. They would thank me afterwards.
I will check back to see how everyone else feels, but I am sure I will not be alone in a short time.
Great job to the owner/chef, who was head chef at Flying Fishbone for five years. Thanks for giving my wife and I our best night in Aruba. See you next year!

WOW! Red, black, white ... some rattan and what a cool sophisticated atmosphere. Asked to be seated on the beds, but after sitting there thought that it would be uncomfortable to actually eat there ... BUT we are definitely returning to have a drink there and take pictures (forgot my camera). The presentation was right up there with the best of upscale New York/Philly restaurants and the food did not disappoint in portion size or taste. We had the local fish (wahoo) and the Chilean Sea Bass, appetizers were escargot and cream of mushroom soup and shared a dessert (Brownie with ice cream which was huge and yummy!)total before tip was about $80 (w/o drinks) It was actually tough making a decision -- the menu was large and interesting ... my next choice will be Black Angus with a shitake pine nut sauce. We were also treated by the kitchen to a 'amuse' of a lobster crochette and a hot pea puree topped with cream ... tasty and good PR.

This place is AMAZING!!! My husband and I are from Los Angeles, CA and this place looks like it was removed from the upscale restaurants in Hollywood and placed across the beach in Aruba. The "very nice" owners who I personally met need to open a Screaming Eagle in Los Angeles or Las Vegas because it would be packed wall to wall with people. This is a place Paris Hilton should go and hang out. The ambiance is so romantic, yet classy and fun. My husband and I ate dinner on a bed with fluffy pillows. They have one of the best drink menus I've ever seen and one of the mose unique. Dinner was great and the dessert was also very yummy! The bar is all lit in red lights and it's just so romantic, but also a cool place to go with a bunch of friends and have a few drinks. If you go to Aruba, you have to go to the Screaming Eagle. Make sure you also order the Kiwi Cooler drink (i think that's what it's called) - it was YUMMY!!!!!

The inside seating area could use a little more lighting since everyone in our party had a little trouble reading the menu.

We had our diner here a week after the opening. The restaurant looks really nice and very trendy. We had our diner in the lounge. The food was very good. We had tenderloin and carpaccio as a starter. The Mojito was also good. The dessert tasted lovely but it was a small portion aldo very nicely presented!!! The people are friendly and we would definitely come back again. If you like a trendy restaurant be sure to try The Screaming Eagle!!

This was my first time to Aruba and I was extremely impressed by how nice everyone was. We went to several restuarants during our week long vacation; however, none compared to Screaming Eagle. The staff, food and decor were amazing. I love food and have eaten in some of new york's finest reataurants; however, I don't think I have ever experienced a more enjoyable meal.
The price was extremely reasonable and considering the amazing quality of the food, I definitely got my moneys' worth. If you are visiting Aruba, you must make reservations at Screaming Eagle.
