Screaming Eagle
Screaming Eagle - taste and the pleasure of dining.

Our Chefs prepare fresh seafood - both locally caught and from around the world - in a modern interpretation. The meats proudly reveal their affinity to French cuisine. Healthy vegan and vegetarian options are a new and growing passion.

Great food screams for great wine to come along. And Screaming Eagle propelled the wine list to the next level, offering various levels of matching options to perfectly pair the food. Our mixologist and sommelier has many more liquid dreams at your disposal.

The whole package is compelling, hence Screaming Eagle was voted best restaurant in the Caribbean by ‘Caribbean Journal’ in 2015! Repeating to make a mark on the Top 50 list ever since, securing a Top 5 slot each following year, adding ‘Caribbean Chef of the Year Award’ in 2017. And striving.

Welcome to deliciousness!

There were 4 of us there for dinner. All of us had a great time and the food was prepared perfectly. We ate outside under the canvas sails and the weather was great. The view isn't as spectacular as eating on the beach at Simply Fish, but it was nice. We sat in the corner booth, which was dirty with some bird droppings on the seating. I would recommend this place to my friends.

I agree that this is one of the best restaurants in Aruba. We had the best mussels I have ever had at any restaurant anywhere. Nice, modern atmosphere.

Over the past few years , we have read with interest the various reviews of SCREAMING EAGLE. It seems that there is no middle ground regarding the place - either you love it or you hate it - on that advice we put off visiting the place as long as possible and did so with a great deal of trepidation (and the night after eating at FLYING FISHBONE - their sister restaurant). AND ... drum roll, please ... the place is fabulous! The menu is unique and there is nothing that is unappealing or tasty. Ignore the hype - go have one of the best meals you will currently experience in ARUBA just be warned that it is a bit on the pricey side (depending on what you get). Great and attentive service simply enhances the experience.

An excellent, upscale restaurant. Attentive (without being pushy) service. Great decor, very flavorful fusion style cuising. I'd definitely go back

One of our best experiences during out vacation.

We sat out on the patio, which was very nice. Seemed a bit loud inside but the patio was very nice.

Service was very good.

Food was excellent everything we had we enjoyed.

I would recomend a stop here while on vacation.

This was my first time in Aruba! We stayed at the Beach House Apts - which was fantastic. The owner Ewald recommended Screaming Eagle! And, the night before we left to go back to the coldness of Wisconsin we went.
Never in my life have I had the most "melt in your mouth" tenderloin with a sauce prepared at the table that was scrumptious! Also had the "ahi tuna tartare" and the "latazza famosa" for desert. The entire experience was well worth the price. Definetly will go back on my next visit to Aruba!

Dinner at the Screaming Eagle was a wonderful surprise. We opted for the Chef's choice, which was a three course prix-fixe meal. The food and service were outstanding. I travel the world, and always try to eat in the best restaurant in every city I visit. This meal was in the top ten of all the restaurant experiences I have ever had.

We've been coming to your beautiful island for over 20 years. We started out for 2 weeks yearly and now are up to 5 weeks so we have eaten at many restaurants. Our experience at you place this year was fantastic--from making the reservation to leaving after a delightful evening. Having a daughter who is a chef and a son-in-law who is a Relais Gourmand chef, we have eaten fantastic foods. You are up at the top. See you next year.
