One of the best meals on the island! You cannot go wrong here at all. Carlos was our waiter and made us feel welcome. World class food, both the meats and salad bar. The service was awesome! This is a must have meal. In fact, we are going back tomorrow night!

If you like steak & meat, you must eat here. The meats are delicious & perfectly seasoned. The salad bar is next to none. It had a bit of everything. Soups, salads, olives, dried Italian meats, cheeses including a huge wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano, rice & on & on. The service was very attentive & professional. We ordered a medium pitcher of sangria which was a bit pricey at $25. The sangria though was the best we've ever had. Delicious & slightly sweet, not watered down at all. We had the creme brulee for dessert which was pretty good. The bill for 2 with the sangria & 1 dessert was $143. It is a lot of money for 1 meal but you're in Aruba where everything is imported & the food was top notch. Let Texas de Brazil be your splurge dinner & go.

very enjoyable meal. We ate at anoter restaurant last year and the meat at Texas de Brazil far surpassed that of last year. It is pricey at $45 pp and we certainly don’t eat enough to make up for the price, but tried it anyway. We did notice that all the families with kids were in one general area, which I am sure the adult only tables appreciated. Everything we tried was so delish, perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful.

This place is no different than what you'd find in the US. The beef was very good (I like my beef medium rare and most of it was more medium), the pork was excellent. The chicken was a little overdone. The salad bar was excellent with a very good selection of cheeses, olives, etc. If you go home hungry, you are not trying very hard!

I will say that I went to this place not really knowing what I was getting into! I was my most expensive meal on my vacation and I went out to a different resturant each night The ambiance is nice and thats where it ends. The bathrooms were nasty...I mean nasty! Unless you are a 24/7 red meat eater you may want to skip this place! The chicken items were over cooked and terribly seasoned. The salad bar was a joke. The only thing I enjoyed was the dessert (which by the way is extra $) It was a waste of my money and my next visit to Aruba I will be skipping this place...

Overall very disappointed with this restaurant. Up here in NJ we have many Rodizio/Churascurria restaurants, so we are extremely familiar with this type of dining experience. First off the price is absolutely ridiculous - $45/pp is insane. We ate at much more extensive, with many more choices of meats, etc...for about $30/pp. The Salad Bar is a joke and the fact that dessert (not that I had room for it anyway) is extra is insane. Service was average at best, while they add 15% service charge and I think I saw my waiter once after he brought drinks - and that was to bring the bill, which he was more than happy to do. Definitely will never be dining here again and anyone who thinks this place is worth it has never been to a Rodizio experience before.

Excellent dining experience. Phenomenal salad bar. A wide variety of meats (steak, chicken, lamb, sausage, etc.), all grilled to perfection and served tableside. Definitely an expensive meal so get the most out of it by not filling up on the salad bar & tempting side dishes & focus on being a carnivore for the night!

Wow! Maybe the best meal we had on the island...if you are looking for ambience, Texas de Brazil does not disappoint, but its real draw is the salad bar and delicious meats. The service was very friendly and helpful in getting us organized and keeping us fed - more on that later. We visited the salad bar first, which was incredible. Meats, cheeses, olives, breads, soups, ceviche, vegetables prepared any one of a multitude of ways...there is incredible food located at this salad bar to the point that referring to it as a salad bar doesn't do it any justice - this is a salad resort. Enough with that. When you are ready to move on to meat, you flip your table card to green - go - and it is on. Within two minutes I had carvers bring filet mignon, ribeye, tenderloin, flank, sirloin...incredible. And forget the naysayers on here, you would be hard-pressed to find better tasting beef and pork. Top it off w/ a pitcher of Sangria and you are good to go! No rush, no fuss. Oh, and dessert was delicious as well.
