Go there for the ambiance, expect good food. Might be a far drive or a pricey drive from your hotel ($30 at the most each way in a cab) compared to other eateries but it is worth every penny. I am from Boston and have no place to eat there like Flying Fishbones....savor every moment you are there and make sure to get there before sunset! :)

Nice evening, sorry for the clouds, missed the sunset!
Tables close to the waterline are not level, so sitting & eating can be awkward for some.
Overall a very nice environment and the food did not disappoint!

Great restaurant, good seafood, etc etc.
Don't go there in fancy shoes, it's on a beach. But if there around sunset, you'll have another unforgettable evening on Aruba!

Our dinner at The Flying Fishbone was the BEST meal had during our honeymoon in Aruba! The ambiance was romantic and relaxing. The service was top notch and the view was spectacular. To make sure you absorb the whole experience, make your reservation early to secure a table where your feet can touch the water. We also highly recommend the Tuna tartare. I had the seafood history dish and my wife had the grouper.

This restaurant has the BEST scenic sunset ambiance in Aruba. The menu has a wide variety and is competitively priced. The service is very good and the food is prepared and served in five star fashion. The Flying Fishbone is NOT to be missed on your trip to Aruba. We go every time we are there.

We went to Flying Fishbone while on our honeymoon in Aruba. It was hands down, one of our favorite dinner spots on the island! We loved the atmosphere (got to sit right on the edge of the water!), our waiters were extremely attentive, and the food was DELICIOUS!

When we go back to Aruba, we'll DEFINITELY go back!

The long drive to the Flying Fishbone is the only distraction. The setting is magnificent, on or in the water, with beatiful sunsets. The wait staff is attentive, the food delicious and the menu expansive. We save a night for the Flying Fishbone every time we travel to Aruba.
