Great ambiance, good food, excellent service.

Ordered three appetizers -- Gazpacho, Calamari, and Shrimp Roti. All three were very good, except the Shrimp Roti disappointed a little - too dry.

Other than that, it's quite a scene - floodlight water, feet in the sand, etc. Great overall experience.

Desserts looked good but I was stuffed.

The location of this restaurant is off the beaten path and you need to take a taxi or rent a car to get there. Once you get there you will find that the drive was worth it. We don't know of any fine restaurants that you can go to and be able to walk around without shoes because some of the tables are on the waters edge.

The ambiance this creates is very romantic.

We ordered their creamy corn crab soup as an appetizer which was very good. For our main courses we ordered the Tiger Shrimp and Sea Bass. These two items were excellent. Both are grilled which made the taste shrimp melt in your mouth. The grilled Sea Bass was also excellent.

The staff is very nice and they have a saxophonist who travels throughout the restaurant serenading the diners which adds to the romantic location.

If you are looking for a special dinner with great food this is the place to go.

This was our favorite restaurant on the whole island! We would go back to Aruba just to go to the Flying Fishbone. The ambiance couldn't be better! At sunset it has to be quite possibly one of the most romantic places to eat in the world... it certainly was one of our favorites!

If eating delicious food in a romantic setting for really the same price as everything else on the island is what you are looking for than this is it.

It is kind of far away from the hotels, but if you have a rental car it is well worth the excursion. Spend the day at Baby Beach, and then come here on the way home for dinner!

Food ,ambiance, and service are all first class. Be sure to visit at sunset and request a table to the west for the best view. Service allows time for talking and enjoying the view. Very romantic experience. People expecting fast American service and pushy waiters will not enjoy the experience, however if you are looking for good food and laid back atmosphere this is the place.

The Flying Fishbone was by far the best dining experience we had in Aruba. I cant say enough about the setting, food and friendliness of the staff. You cant visit Aruba without having a sunset dinner on the beach at the Flying Fishbone.

The atmosphere is beautiful. It is right on the beach and the best time to go is right before sunset. Food is great but a little pricey. We don't go to Aruba without making a dinner stop here.

When you travel to Aruba, this restaurant truly reflects everything you came here for. Dining outside at the waters edge is heaven. The service is great, atmosphere is perfect, and the food is very good. The Creme Brulee is to die for. You have to come to the Fishbone for a memorable romantic evening.
