Heard the buzz and went. Nice setup, outdoors on the beach. We were advised to reserve early and come early, so not to miss the sunset. Good move.
Only problem EVERYONE stood up and took pictures and stared out at the sunset and EVERYONE behind missed most of it.
Sunset was better then the food, but that was pretty good. Service casual, pricey wine list.

Definitely include Flying Fishbone to cap off your vacation! The views while eating are breath-taking. The best time to go is right before sunset. Ask for table #1 which is right on the edge of the water.
The restaurant is located in a remote area of Aruba away from all of the hotels. If you are going to this restaurant, it is better to rent a car for a day ($32+) rather than paying for a $25 one way cab fare.
If you are a daring person, order the chef's choice of the day. This is a three course meal which the waiter can only tell you the feature meat(kinda like a real world Iron Chef). Our theme was seafood. This was an amazing meal.
This is a very popular restaurant with the tourist so make reservations early in your trip, if not before you come. We made reservations on a Monday and the earliest we could get in for a sunset sitting was Saturday.

The BEST! It was by far our favorite restaurant- how can you beat the ambiance- on the sand watching the sun set- and the food melts in your mouth- whatever you order you can't go wrong- from bread to dessert- everything was perfect- It was expensive to get there (from the hotels it's a $25 cab ride there), and it's a half an hour drive-
worth every penny and every minute it took to get there- unforgettable.
Every other place we ate paled in comparison.

By far our most romantic dinner. We had the BEST table...#1, right IN the water, waves lapping up on our feet. the bar opened up early just for us because we got there early. Very casual and romantic atmosphere. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Be aware of the costly and long cab ride though. visit this restaurant the day you rent a jeep!

We just got back from Aruba and made a special trip to the Flying Fishbone (it wasn't very easy to find) and had a great time!
The ambiance, the service, and the setting could not have been better. We had the chef's choice three course dinner, utilizing what was fresh for the day. It was very good. We got there at 5:30 p.m. and left about 8:30 p.m. and got to enjoy the sun setting over the water. That may seem like a long time, but the time just went by at such a nice pace. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning.

The food was good and the tables out in the sand was very nice touch. However, the service was horrible and I wouldn't go back seeing how far it is. There are just too many other good places to eat.

Imagine sitting with your toes in the ocean while enjoying one of the freshest and best meals you've ever had! The atmosphere is stunning.
You must find this place. It is out of the way but so worth it. Very romantic, reasonable prices and the best food on the island!
Simply stunning!!!!!

The best dining experience in Aruba. If I could give a higher score than 10 I would. Food was exceptional. The atmosphere cant be beat. Sit on the water or by the big rocks if you dont want to get your feet wet. Some say its expensive, but it compares with the other good restaurants on the island. 2 apetizers, 2 entrees, 1 dessert and 1 bottle of wine($40) was $130. Cab ride from town is $19. May want to go here on a day that you rent a car. This is a must on your trip. Nothing beats the complete dining experience that you have here. If you want to see the sun set, remember the sun sets earlier closer to the equator. Check the time before making your reservation.
