The environment was gorgeous and the service was amazing! Renate was excellent and made our dining out experience wonderful. The food was amazing and my husband and I return every time we visit Aruba which is every year!

The food was not bad. It was ok, but not superb. I was kinda sad we were eaten alive by musquitos and ants...

we went at dawn for a beatifull evening, we had a esplendid time, the food was excelent , and the service was perfect!!, Edward delivered great atention to us, at every moment, i highly recomend this restaurant for a romantic evening in the outdoors1

We had a party of 4 dine at the Flying Fishbone on 8/12/13. The atmosphere is just amazing. Our server was Alethia, she was very friendly and attentive. My wife has a gluten allergy, Alethia was very knowledgeable about the menu and made sure to tell the chef. The food is just incredible! We had appetizers from duck to tuna, just so good. We had the grouper with lobster,scallops, and shrimp for the main course. I think it was called "lovers special", everything was cooked to perfection. The whole night was just perfect. We have been coming to Aruba for years but it was our first time at the Flying Fish, definitely not going to be our last. We can't wait to try their sister restaurant Screaming Eagle. Thanks again to the entire staff.

This restaurant is beyond amazing. Went there on Wed August 7, 2013 for celebrate our 35th anniversary. The food is amazing but the ambiance is out of this world. Renate was our waitress and made amazing menu suggestions, although I don't think there would be any wrong choices, Try to make reservations at 6:45 because by 7:15 the sunset is over, but is still absolutely beautiful. Cab was $32 from hi-rise area each way, but worth every cent to dine here. If you dine nowhere else in Aruba, dine here. LOVED IT

My new husband and I just dined at the Flying Fishbone in celebration of our honeymoon in Aruba. We had an absolutely wonderful evening in everyway. Our food was great, the atmosphere was very romantic and beautiful, and the gorgeous sunset was incredible to watch as we ate. Our server Edward was very attentive to our every need and proficient in every way. We had an absolutely memorable evening there and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a beautiful setting in which to dine on some delicious food!

We have been to Aruba 3 times and have ate at over 20 different places for dinner. The Flying Fishbone is our favorite! You can not beat the view/atmosphere! Feet in the water during dinner! Sunset! And the seafood is simply amazing. Great selection and quality. We were lucky enough to have Simone once as our waitress and Alethia once for our waitress! Both were spectacular and could not have done a better job. If you are lucky enough to have Simone or Alethia then you are in good hands! Enjoy ...

One of the most unique and romantic experiences you will ever have. They have the greatest idea when serving martini style drinks how they are presented! It is the ideal place for a man to propose for a woman's hand in marriage! So different! A must place to go to if you are in Aruba!

Our dinner experience was excellent. After a long day of traveling around the island, we arrived early at Flying Fishbone and they were very quick to accommodate us. We sat with our feet in the water and enjoyed a few rounds of drinks before we ordered our appetizers and entrees. Our waitress, Renate, was amazing! She didn't hover over us nor pressure us to order. We talked with her about the island and other activities during our stay. We had such a great time, we completely lost track of the time and spent about four hours enjoying ourselves. This restaurant is fantastic and we will definitely go back on our next trip to Aruba!
