Wacky Wahoo's
Just imagine fresh fish caught that morning from the sparkling clear waters off the Aruban coast. Add to that imported Argentine meats, hand selected by the chef. Mix delicately with the herbs, spices and traditional ingredients of the Caribbean and finally combine it all with the knowledge and skill of a European trained chef.

Went to Wacky Wahoo's on our last night in Aruba. Our goal was to find restaurants that didn't necessarily cater to the American palette (ie pasta, burgers, pizza, etc.) Wacky Wahoo's did met our menu expectations. We had 2 of the 4 catches of the day. The food was prepared well and was delicious! The restaurant is small, although they did have 1 large table to accommodate a small group. Service was a bit slow. Our order wasn't correct (we ordered Aruban pan fried wahoo and grilled grouper, but received Aruban pan fried grouper and mahi mahi, which was then told to us was wahoo). Our bill was wrong (billed for wine we didn't order). Overall, being as this restaurant is a couple of blocks off the hotel strip, I would say there are better alternatives (ie Fishes and More).

Another keeper. This was one of our favorite meals on the island last week - and also the least expensive. Very fresh fish and seafood, cute place, good service!

As has been stated, this is a small restaurant, fairly near the high rise section. I love fresh fish and I will say that the Wahoo we enjoyed at Wacky Wahoos was the freshest and most delicious I've had in years. The servings were large, the sides complimented the fish, the prices were moderate and the whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this charming restaurant if you are looking for superb fish.

We had dinner here last night and everything was EXCELLENT. Food portions were big and we we glad we did not have appetizers since we would not have room to finish our dinner. Too full for even desert which looked delicious! FRESH FISH and delicious. The owner spoke with us quite a while and was extremely nice. Waiter was very helpful and service was great. We would definately with out a doubt go to this restaurant again.

We had dinner here last night. The ceviche and fried shrimp were excellent. The 3 soups were great too. They had wahoo and mahi mahi as the fish specials and they were wonderful. It's a very cute place with about 10-15 tables. Prices were reasonable and the service was very good.
