Windows on Aruba

There were five of us. We arrived at 11:30am for brunch and were greeted by Sondra - a wonderful person in charge of the 'show' this afternoon. The jazz band was already in swing and they continued till we were finished 3 hours later. We enjoyed a very relaxed afternoon of mimosas and deliciously prepared foods. A wonderful variety of food and the portions manageable. The restaurant is beautiful and we will return. Service was very good and we were able to spend a lovely afternoon with friends. Highly recommend brunch.

If you want to dine at a chic, elegant and romantic place, I recommend Windows on Aruba. You will receive the service you deserve and should expect. The wines suggested by the sommelier are always on point.

To celebrate our wedding anniversary we treated ourselves a nice dinner at your restaurant. The food, wine and service were beyond our expectations. Keep up the good work!

We selected Windows on Aruba for our 25th wedding anniversary dinner. What a magical experience they provided! The hostess, Sonja, was so gracious and welcoming - we knew we were in for a special evening. Sonja truly made the evening one to remember - from the champagne toast to the champagne cake dessert - and everything in-between! The presentation of the food was a work-of art. Of course the true test is the taste, and there was no disappointment here! Our steaks were tender and savory. Visit Windows on Aruba for exquisite food and excellent service - and did I mention the spectacular view? Truly the best.

we stayed at the Tamarijn for two weeks in September. We visited windows on our 2nd night in Aruba,the food was excellent its the best steak i have ever tasted, the staff were really friendly especially Sonja, we enjoyed ourselves so much we returned to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were shown to our table and given a glass of champagne each, Sonja insisted on taking our photo. We had an excellent meal then at the end we were given a large square plate with happy anniversary written in chocolate, with a small sponge cake with a candle in it, Sonja asked us to put our hands on the plate with the cake in between, another photo was taken. This was the best anniversary meal we have ever had. The windows dessert is not for the faint hearted, its a sample of every dessert on the menu, my husband has a big appetite but he was struggling. We enjoyed ourselves so much we returned on our last night. The views across the golf course with lights and water features are amazing. We will return on our next visit to Aruba.

We had dinner at Windows for the first time last year, 2009, and it was such a wonderful experience that we returned later in the week for the Sunday brunch. Both meals were delicious and presentation was beautiful. Staff is very attentive and pleasant. Sonja, who is the hostess, couldn't be more pleasant or accomadating. She seems to remember you from year to year. This year we returned for the Sunday brunch and brought four others with us and they were equally impressed. We will eat at Windows every year, and tell others to do the same.

On recommendation of friends we went to Windows of Aruba and were not disappointed. The entrance to the restaurant and ambiance was welcoming and inviting. The staff were very professional and served us our food and kept and drinks topped up very timely and non obtrusively. The menu is a delight to read and the presentation of food when it comes makes you want to look at it when it arrives for about a few minutes before you start to eat. The eating is even better than the looking and the whole evening is one to remember.

Since we we’re spending one night at the Divi Golf, thought it would be a good time to try Windows. We had a very relaxing dinner. They had an entertainer (forgot his name) playing the flute & saxophone. Dinner was excellent – DW had the shrimps & scallops (shrimps were huge & were cooked in the shell with the heads still on) – DW said they tasted like lobster. DD had the steamed grouper with seaweed salad and I had the tenderloin in port wine reduction. Drinks & wine were excellent as well. DD had the Baileys mouse for desert & loved it.

We came in for a birthday celebration with another couple on 9/16. We were greeted by Sonja and felt welcome right away. We got a wonderful table with a perfect view, of course the entire restaurant has an excellent view. We ordered steak and sea bass both entrees were perfectly prepared. We enjoyed a relaxing dinner and were never rushed threw our meal. To my surprise at the end of the meal the staff came over to sing Happy Birthday and brought a brownie with a candle. We will definitely return next year.

We loved Windows on Aruba! We went twice while we were on vacation in early September. We liked it so much the first time, we went back on our last night to celebrate our 10th anniversary. When we got there we were surprised to see our table decorated, followed by 2 glasses of champagne! The meal was excellent and so was the service. We highly recommend it for a very enjoyable and reasonably priced dining experience!
