Aruba-s only wood-fired grill restaurant! Beautifully situated in downtown Oranjestad, behind the Renaissance Hotel. Yemanja is relaxing and welcoming, with a passion for tradition and excellence. Seating is either inside (air-conditioned) or outside on a cozy terrace. Serving innovative Caribbean cuisine. Locally-caught fish, shrimp, prime cuts of beef, lamb, pork, duck and poultry are all prepared over a wood fire using mesquite and hickory. Also our appetizers & salads are a real treat! The result is succulent, tender and flavorful dishes that only wood-fire grilling can produce.

Yemanja Woodfired Grill was our favorite restaurant on the island. The food was outstanding, the service was teriffic. We sat on the patio and it could not have been more beautiful. We will go back again.

We tried Yemanja for the first time on July 14th. This is a keeper! Food, presentation, service and atmosphere were all supurb! Only downside was that they had just changed the menu so I had to start my selection all over again.... Great place!

We had a fantastic meal! Great salad,soup and our fish was wonderful. Lots of side dishes. The dessert was great and they made a special dish for one of our party who was a diabetic. Our servers Carolina and Daphne were great too! This was a treat and one of the best meals we've had in Aruba!

The best restaurant on the Island. We had dinner last week with 14 people, everyone loved it and the're still talking about it! We will be back on july 14th, out last day on Aruba!

You can actually have a look into the half open kitchen, neat and clean it is. We expected a little more flavor of the wood fired grill. The portions are huge and the food is still very tasty, very friendly service. Leave some space for dessert. We will for sure go again on our next trip to Aruba.

We have dinner here twice during our week trip. the food and service were excellent both times. The service staff was very friendly also. would definitely return on next visit

I totaly agree with David S. to recomment this restaurant to everyone, instead of the message before that one... This was the second time we went over and again a great night! The food was so good, Service absolut the best we had on the island.

I am from Texas and routinely cook beef over msquite, never had a more flavorful and tender cut of beef than at Yemanja! The service was friendly and prompt. I would highly recommend this establishment.

We came to Yemanja due to all these great ratings on this site and also being recommended at the pool by other guests. The overall was great though there were some small issues. The service was very friendly but inexperienced and the tenderloin had a nice grill flavor but was too chewy. The prices though are okay.
