This restaurant was recommended to us. We were a family of 5 - one Kindergartener. We got our menus and she explained the specials. The menu seemed eclectic enough and interesting. But that's where it stops. The one dish that was excellent were the sticky ribs which my father really enjoyed saying it was all in the sauce. The tomato soup was so tomatoey that it tasted very suspeciously like tomato sauce out of a can. My daughter wanted the tenderloin off the limited children's menu - a very nice piece of meat in terms of size but undercooked and cold. We had to send it back and when we got the piece back we didn't get the whole thing. My sister ordered Chop Suey and said it was tasteless. When we told the waitress this she apologized but didn't do anything for us. My mom and I got the sweet and sour pork. It was delicious, the veggies were crisp, the sauce was really tasty but beware, it's spicy! Which they don't tell you and so my mom could not enjoy. Service was very pleasant but slow so don't be in any kind of rush. They also hard sell the drink menu before you even get to order. We don't drink and we got the definite impression they were not happy we were not ordering alcohol. The ambiance was really cool, very quiet, nice, colorful with art hanging all around, very eclectic, spotless bathrooms, but I don't know if I would go back so soon. It definitely didn't meet our expectations.

We found it by accident and it was the best find yet. We loved the food and the people. The service was great and very attentive. I liked it much better than the Flying Fishbone. I would go back every time I come here. Very good and very reasonable.

We ventured into Que Pasa out of pure luck with our two year old and 14 year old daughters after shopping downtown. We were very happy with the meal and service! The best meal we had on the island! The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. My wife had the the Piranha Joe fish entree and it was perfect, The filet was done to order and the demi glaze was great. The server Susan was very attentive to our needs and they were great with my two year old daughter. We will definately be back. Thanks for the great meal and service!

My husband and I just returned from a 2 week stay in Aruba and of course we had to eat at Que Pasa. What a great meal !!! The service was wonderful and the food was even better. I had pork and my husband had chicken and both were terrific. The staff was very attentive without being intrusive. Que Pasa is really a great value for the money. We have been to Que Pasa at least 20 times over the years and will continue to go there each time we visit Aruba. You can't go wrong with Que Pasa. Keep up the great work!

After last years disappointment we decided that this year we would give que pasa another change.

We regret to say that we shouldn't have.
We stepped in and we had to walk over to the bar to get some recognition. We asked for a table and were seated at a ok table.

Our waitress was just not very good. She was nice but just not attentive.
The escargot we ordered was not good. Fatty, and full off stuff other that the actual snails. The tataki was only ok. My tenderloin with blue cheese was good only a little overcooked adn the steak my husband ordered was literally inedible. The sauce and the rice were very salty.

Were sorry to say it was not a good experience.

We can never get enough of Que Pasa. In three trips to Aruba this year, we probably ate there 7 times. The daily specials always offer something new to try and we've actually started to order from the regular menu and have only had good experiences with these choices as well. The wait staff team couldn't be nicer - very upbeat and professional. We've been going to Aruba for over 13 years and each year we've always enjoyed quality food and service at Que Pasa. It's like having a great local neighborhood restaurant that is always reinventing itself. Cheers to Anne Marie, Stijn and of course Marvin and Addie.

After reading all the reviews, we finally ventured to Que Pasa with a mixed feeling. First, Price wise it is the best dollar value on the island - but you also get what you pay for. In general, (1) the environment was nice but a little cheesy (the main lighting in our area were Christmas twinkle lights; (2) the Service was friendly but slow (expect your Entree won't arrive until an hour after being seated; (3) Food taste and presentation were "Above Average" but a good bang for the buck.
