Que Pasa? - Restaurant - Bar & Art Gallery
Que Pasa Restaurant & Winebar has been a culinary institute since 1992. The restaurant is located in a historical merchant house in downtown Oranjestad, and its menu features a tasty variety of international specials, as well as freshly made sushi from their Dragonfly sushi station. Chef Michelle and her team go out of their way to make every night a culinary experience. The in-house wine connoisseur happily assists you in pairing the perfect wine with your dinner choice. At Que Pasa you will feel welcome and have a great time for sure. The friendly staff will serve you with a smile. And the food experience will keep you talking about it, even long after your visit.

This is really the best restaurant on island! The prices are modest and the building is decorated very tastefully. The colorfull ambience gives a night romantic feel, but also is great for groups. Just loved the food and the staff is very attentive and professional. The Sangria pitchers are real good and the menu card is actually a paper!
Loved it, loved it, loved it, a real can't miss!

We dined at Que Pasa on March 8, 2010 and had a wonderful experience. At the suggestion of a friend who had just returned from Aruba, we decided to give it a try. The location is downtown Oranjestad and a street back from the waterfront. The colorful sign outside greeted us and we were seated upstairs on a balcony overlooking the street--very quaint with local art work on the walls.
The service was excellent, our drinks arrived quickly, while we surveyed the extensive menu. The seafood special was excellent with generous portions and very affordable.
My birthday celebration was perfect as the staff presented a beautiful dish of assorted desserts with chocolate writing, "Happy Birthday from the Que Pasa Crew"! What a nice surprise!
After dinner we enjoyed a cocktail at the bar--bartender was very personable as was the entire staff at Que Pasa.
Highly recommend this restaurant as we had a wonderful experience.

This restaurant is a must for anyone looking for a fabulous meal, great service and surprisingly priced less than many others. We met someone on the beach who raved about Que Pasa, so we decided to check it out. What a wonderful experience! The Surf and Turf Tempura was an amazing meal as was the Fish Duo Oregano! We ordered a pitcher of Sangria and hands down it was the best we ever drank! Que Pasa is all we were told it was and more!

We were recommended to Que Pasa by a friend who comes to Aruba for business on a regular basis. We've been coming to the restaurant since the days when it was in it's other location down the street. We would not miss is!! The food is superb and we always start with the Beef Carpacio --- which is to die for. And it gets better as the courses unfold. This is a must for serious diners!! And price-wise they do not take advantage of you. More than reasonable.

Every time that we go to Aruba, we eat at Que Pasa. Because our first visit on our latest trip was so great, we decided to give it a second go. We sat at the downstairs bar had shrimp pil-pil and mahi mahi mousse. The bartender noticed I was having trouble reading the menu and she quickly brought out a case of about 12 different reading glasses. The little details count.

Wonderful! We so enjoyed this spot. The pea soup was like home, the fish cooked to perfection, the staff very engaged and helpful. A plus to see a bit of local art scattered around the restaurant. And saw a touch of the old Flying Fishbone olive mix with fresh bread and little box for the bill.
Definately will come again as we are in Aruba often.
