Que Pasa? - Restaurant - Bar & Art Gallery
Que Pasa Restaurant & Winebar has been a culinary institute since 1992. The restaurant is located in a historical merchant house in downtown Oranjestad, and its menu features a tasty variety of international specials, as well as freshly made sushi from their Dragonfly sushi station. Chef Michelle and her team go out of their way to make every night a culinary experience. The in-house wine connoisseur happily assists you in pairing the perfect wine with your dinner choice. At Que Pasa you will feel welcome and have a great time for sure. The friendly staff will serve you with a smile. And the food experience will keep you talking about it, even long after your visit.

We have been going to Aruba for the past 16 years and this is by far our favorite place to eat. Marvin and his staff are the best. The food is always great and the music is fabulous. We always stay in Aruba for 2 weeks and make it a point to eat at Que Pasa 3-4 times. Can't wait to go back in Nov. Also the bar is a great place to have a drink

We eat in que pasa last friday, not our first choice but it hit our expectations. As a starter we had the the shrimp pil pil and a tomato soup(which my wife loved). And as a entree i had the black angus steak and my wife had the fishdish which was great.
For dessert we shared the banana fritters. Our new favotite restaurant on aruba is QUE PASA, look to the ceiling when you go to the restrooms.

This was our 1st visit to Que Pasa, after dining at their sister restaurant Marandi on previous trips. Since we are now taking our 2 children w/us (ages 5 1/2 and 9, and can no longer get to Marandi, decided to try Que Pasa. We were not disappointed in our "new choice" for this year! The service was outstanding. They had a children's menu with activities and a box of colored pencils. The kids loved their meals..best chicken nuggets and pasta on the island! I had the escargot appetizer and it was awesome..ate every morsel. My husband had the Shrimp Pil Pil appetizer, and he couldn't stop talking about it all week! For dinner I had a chicken w/tomato, pesto and cheese with a side of veggies. It was very good. My husband had the Veal Schnitzel and loved it! I had banana fritters for dessert and my hubby had the chocolate brownie. I loved mine, his was OK..but I think his meal was so outstanding, that the dessert was just "ordinary". We will absolutely be back to Que Pasa next year.

We just returned from a 1 week trip to Aruba. We ended up eating at Que Pasa twice during our visit. I have also been on 3 previous trips and have always thought it was the best dinner of each trip. The food is just fabulous. It is presented beautifully and the service is great. You can't go wrong when ordering from the special board. The banana fritters for desert are just perfect. It is a nice casual place but the plates are beautifully presented. I highly recommend Que Pasa.

Fantastic. The Mahi Mahi was incredible. The entire family enjoyed their meal (8 of us) and the service was warm and friendly. Definitely the best meal we had in Aruba.

I had the fried brie which was good but my wife's tomato soup was great. She said the three fish dinner was the best fish meal she had in Aruba,I had the shrimp scampi which was different but good. Really wanted to try the banana fritters, but the waitress said they did not have any that night, because they did not have good bananas that day.

We've never been to Que pasa? before. but because of all the good reviews, we thought we give it a shot. Never again. the place was almost empty, so we where already a little surprised by that. I think there where 3 other tables in the whole restaurant. My husband and I split a appetizer, which was not to bad. But than we waited for the main course which took incredible long. I had a schnitzel, which was so small looked more like an appetizer. It tasted very vet, like it came right out of the deep fryer. My husband had the fish special. Which tasted very fishy. The services was horrible. The lady made us feel very uncomfortable, and not welcome at all. We are very surprised it had so many good reviews. For us never again !

We're very disappointed it that we've been coming to Aruba for 12 years and regardless of the many times we were told about QuePasa? stupidly this was our first visit. It certainly won't be our last! The food was nothing short of outstanding. The QuePasa? crew was engaging, made us feel special and truly happy that we were there. QuePasa? is top-notch. Add together a great place and great staff with outstanding meals and desserts at (what I feel is) a reasonable price and it's now on our don't miss list!

PS: The experience is not complete without a visit to the bathroom!
