Que Pasa? - Restaurant - Bar & Art Gallery

This was the BEST restaurant we ate at in Aruba. It was quaint, the food was amazing especially the Tiramsu.Reasonably priced. We went the first night and went back several times. The waitresses are nice. A MUST if you are in Aruba.

We go to Que Pasa every time we are in Aruba. Easily walk-able from the Renaissance. Very friendly place with good food. There are now 4 restaurants we like in a line along the same street: Rumba, Driftwood, Yemanja and Que Pasa.

While on two week honeymoon, my wife and I found this place by accident. We had been to most of the known restaurants and wanted something different. It looked fun from the outside and boy was it! The appearance was like a tiki bar, so we did not expect much for the food...but what a surprise! The food was fantastic..and the waistaff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

We had a really nice evening here. The place is colourfully decorated and the staff is very friendly!
As appetizers, we had the Scallops Ginger-Teriyaki and the carpaccio which were both very good. We continued with the rack of lamb (great sauce!!!!) and one of the Day Specials: wahoo with a tender crab sauce. Yummy!!!

The bar (we were sitting upstairs, at the first floor) looked so nice that we went there to have our drinks after dinner. The bartender, who also cooks there a few nights a week, really enjoyes his work and really invites you to stay a while. So we did. Nice place!!!

Always our first nite's dinner. Fantastic as usual. We were lucky to be in Aruba when the White Asparagus was in season. Great side dish with our grilled seafood combo. Their dutch potato dish is awesome. We have never been disappointed with a meal at Que Pasa.

After six years of visiting the island we decideded to try a few new restaurants. Que Pasa was one of them based on the reviews I read on this site. We were not disappointed. We chose to sit indoors since it was very humid this evening. Since we had the boys with us we had dinner early (6:30)and since it was a Monday night it was not busy at all. The service was excellent and the decor was just what I had expected. Bright and colorful. I had the Wahoo, which I had been meaning to try for some time and it was delicious. My husband and son's friend both had the sirloin steak and my son had the veal parmesean. All were pleased. We also had the beef carpacio and escargot for appetizers. Both of which none of us had ever had and they were great. No desserts, two drinks each for the adults, soda for the kids...total with tip was $158.00

Before we left for Aruba I studied this web site for hours. Que Pasa looked good, and it was near the place we were staying so I made it our first dinner selection. JACKPOT!! It was the best place I picked by far. We went back a second time, and wished we'd went a third. Large portions of good food fairly priced. Cute Dutch waitresses. Everything was great. Give it a try.

We come to Aruba 3-4 times a year and always enjoyed Que Pasa in both locations. It can be tricky to find and you do need to look for parking on the street.

The food is always GREAT and service is very attentive. We never order off the menu-always off the daily special board. If we moved to Aruba-this place would become our local favorite restaurant. For the $$$$ you cannot beat it!!!

My wife and I were bounced by the presentation of the food.
Looks like paintings,really special!
And what we have eaten,the special fish dish,was too good for words!

When i'm in Aruba i will surly go to Que pasa!

We went there without reservations and although they were busy they did find a seat for us downstairs.

We ordered a scallop appetizer which was really good and the presentation was very nice. Our main courses consisted of a rib eye steak special which was larger than any rib eye we have ever come across. The steak was very good and our other main course was their seafood pasta dish, which was excellent.

At first the wait staff made us feel a little rushed, but after our order they allowed us to take our time and also made sure our water glasses were always filled.

The restaurants decor is artsy and eclectic.

We will go back when we return to Aruba and I would recommend this as a different place to have dinner.
